Staff is nice but I gave them three stars because every time I order online I ask for extra veggies but I never get them even though I could see it printed on the receipt. Also, sometimes their vegives ( olives & cucumbers ) taste weird like expired and the store could be a little bit more clean, especially by the soda area.

I had a fantastic experience at Subway today, thanks to the incredible customer service from Simar and KB! I ran into an issue with my app coupon not working, but they were super patient and went above and beyond to help me resolve it. They took the time to figure out a solution, and their friendly, helpful attitude made all the difference. It's rare to see such excellent customer service these days, and I really appreciate their efforts. Thank you, Simar and KB, for making my visit so positive! I'll definitely be back!

I’m a big Subway fan and I’ve driven by but have never stopped. Decide to stop by today and to my surprise they had a little bit of a line. Which was a great sign, that means folks like the quality here. They had some elderly customers that I saw employees treat very patiently and well. Lien took my order and she was awesome. I appreciated she let me know of my rewards because I always worry they don’t work

Today was a Subway day where they provided a free deli Sandwich. There was a choice between 3 or 4 sandwiches.. All of them look delicious but I think I got the best. Of course I had to get three cookies to end my meal with... This is an update to my previous visit. I have been taking advantage of using their daily deals. Using their app and getting something different on a daily basis as by been my go-to venture everyday. Enjoy..

Ordered a breakfast wrap and a veggie delight sandwich with EXTRA VEGGIES online. Picked up both items with NO EXTRA VEGGIES, staff was unprofessional and rude. Won’t be coming to this place anymore!!!

The moment i saw the kid working there touch all the veggies with the same gloves as he touched the pork and ham I exited the restaurant. Anyone who is not allowed to eat pork do not go here it’s totally haram harami ppl.
The employees here are nice, and service is quick, but I have to leave this review so that others aren't being ripped off.. they advertise that if you get a small drink, 6 inch, and 2 cookies that the cost is $6.99. Today I got that exact meal, and added 1 cookie, and was charged $16. When I asked about it they said that it's because I got an additional cookie, so they don't give the deal because it wasn't 2 cookies. I asked why they don't just charge for an additional cookie, and they said that isn't how it works. I wouldn't be as upset, it weren't for what happened the time prior. A week before today I ordered the meal exactly as listed, with only 2 cookies. They then asked if I'd like to add a 3rd cookie, and I said yes. I wasn't given the advertised price last time either, and I am thinking they offered the additional cookie so that they didn't need to give me the advertised price last time too. I'm being charged over double each time over 1 $1 cookie. They told me to tell them next time that I would like the deal, but there won't be a next time. I choose not to go to places that try to scam people out of extra money, and only address it if you say something. Its not trustworthy business.

Today 9/28/24 around 10 am the tall girl was fixing subs and flies were landing on the bread and flying in the lettuce she continued to make sub I said you don’t see the flies on the food and in the lettuce I turned and walked away with disgust

Came here for the first time, after realizing the location next to Leatherby’s was closed. Isarael who was a staff there was extremely courteous and professional. He was friendly and his excellent customer service definitely did not go unnoticed! Please make him employee of the year. We’ll definitely be back. #IsaraelMatters #NoBunIntended
