Best service I have experienced at this location. There is an old black Indian lady she is very kind and polite. Must go to this location , best service and the food quality was excellent.

I understand my coupon was expired however, subway always has coupons online. I checked when I got home and sure enough, she could have given honored a discount. This greedy owner will never see a dollar from me again.

Had both my sandwiches made wrong when i questioned the older lady about the sauce she put she said she didn’t put that one even though i seen her use it i had to go home and re toast my sandwiches before realizing they were covered in garlic after having to drive all the way back i asked for a refund and she said to take it up with the bank after several minutes i got my purchase voided then i seen on the receipt she tipped herself 7$. Don’t recommend by any means

Sandwiches are not fresh, all the veggies looked old so I didn't even get half of them on my sandwich. I got a foot long sandwich with eggs and she only put 2 egg patties on the whole footlong! She cut it in half and spread em out on the sandwich. This was my second try, but I won't be back here again. I never had this type of service at a subway before 😤

I've been going to subway for decades. This place is by far the worst. I have given them several tries because the location is the best for me but I've officially boycotted them. The wait is insane. Every time I've gone I've had to wait even when there's nobody in line. Its like they always have something to do aside from helping the customer. The older lady is very rude and always has an attitude. The rest are nice. The meat portions are smaller than any other subway I've been to and the bread doesn't seem fresh. I will never be back.

Walked inWaited over ten minutesIndian boy kept laughing and joking with the Indian boy instead of making sandwiches— lady in front of me asked do you have buffalo chicken right now on the menu and the cashier said you have to wait for your turn and the lady responded i am only asking of you have it — its just a quick question and the young indian boy and girl working just laughed at herAfter a long wait it was finally my turn and i say i would like a veggie delight — she asked me what bread i said the white parmesan 6 inchShe grabbed the white bread 12 inch and started making it ( wrong bread and wrong size) but i did bot complain and a few minutes later i said is it ok if you add a veggie patty on it — she laughed at me and started to scold me about the difference between what i ordered and what i wanted nowI told her i am sorry it was my mistake is it ok if you please make me my sandwich and she and the boy again started to look at each other and laugh at me— i told them forget it i am leaving i dont want itI walked to tge from door of walmart and peaked back and wow they were still laughingI will never never ever come here againI dont know why this is still allowed

Horrible service. Was standing in line for a while and another customer stands behind me after like 5 minutes of me already waiting. The lady looks at me, bypasses me, and goes straight to him. After I made a comment saying I was there first she gets very rude and starts talking in her language and just start throwing the items on my sandwich with an attitude. The entire time I kept my composure and still used my manners even though my comment upset her. If you don’t want to make sandwiches get another job!!! With that said because of the poor service I will not be patronizing this location again. Do better!
First off, dont try calling if you have an issue cause THEY WONT ANSWER OR THE NUMBER WONT WORK. Placed an online order, and when picking it up they claimed they never received the order even though we showed proof the order was placed and paid for. They REFUSED to make the sandwiches or refund the money and offered no other solution. Now we'll be calling our credit card company to dispute the charges. Terrible customer service, will never order from here again.

If you want to eat lunch between normal hrs 12pm through 2pm this is Not the location. Only one of the two workers are available to serve. Ask for the second worker to come up front if you visit during lunchtime.

I'm only giving them one star because I have to to leave a comment but the last couple of times I went into Subway after either a soccer game or training this particular Subway does not want to serve nor make sandwiches after 8:00 even though it clearly states on the website that they're open until 9:00 and even when they do make them they're angry and they do a terrible job so I would suggest never going to this Subway ever again and if you're in the area the one on elk Grove and Franklin is definitely very customer friendly and so is the other one on elk Grove so if you're in the neighborhood do not get a sandwich from the one in Walmart cuz they are terrible
