i call to ask when their kitchen closes and they always close it earlier than they say hello š? why say ur kitchen closes at 9:30 then clean your machines at 9
This T4 in general holds alot of memories of someone dear to me so I dare not go often, but the boba and popcorn chicken was good. Place is clean for the most part. Has a kiosk you can use to order as well. Plenty of seatings alongside the wall. There's plenty of parking outside the lot as well so it's a plus.
I absolutely love my Jasmine milk tea with grass jelly from T4! Itās my go-to spot for delicious drinks and appetizers, and the customer service is usually fantastic. However, my experience today was very disappointing.
I ordered online around 4 PM, which is typically a busy time with lots of traffic, but when I arrived at T4, there were no customers. I picked up my order of two drinks and popcorn chicken, but as I was driving home, I discovered that my Jasmine milk tea had no milk, just tea! Accidents happen, but when I returned to the store, the girl named Kate automatically assumed my drink was correct before even looking at it. She asked me about the sweetness level in a way that made it clear she was annoyed and even rolled her eyes at me.
Fortunately, the guy who was helping her was very kind. He pointed out that the label indeed said āJasmine MILK teaā and took my drink to have it remade, apologizing to me multiple times when he really didnāt have to. Itās just disappointing to encounter rudeness in a place Iāve always enjoyed.
I didnāt even complain, especially given the heat and the traffic. I hope this experience was just a one-off.

I always get boba here, my go to spot! Iāve tried the fruit tea and milk teas here and theyāre good. I never leave without ordering calamari or popcorn chicken, so good! I love the rewards system

I've had the Basil Popcorn Chicken and the Chili oil Dumplings. Both were excellent.

Well established boba spot with good snacks. Popcorn chicken, salt & pepper calamari, tofu and fries are all good. Mango crema tea is my fav and taro milk tea is good too. Rainbow jelly is good w smoothie or fruit tea!

I had a fantastic visit to T4 recently, and as always, their red bean milk tea didn't disappoint. The generous portion of red beans and the consistent quality make it my go-to choice. Popcorn chicken is a must-try!

Smoothies, fried calamari, popcorn chicken, always the best
Highly recommend this milk tea shop to anyone looking for a tasty and refreshing drink!
Ordered an oolong tea with egg pudin. The tea flavor was decent but 30% sweet was apparently still too much and still overpowered the tea. Pudding was as expectedDrinks: 5/10Service: 5/10Vibes: 6/10Value; 5/10

If I could give 0 ? I wish I can. 9:45pm we barely walk in . Nobody wants to serve and cook anymore , employee said they closing at 10pm. So sad , shouldn't post it 10pm if ya'll can't serve before 10 . Lazy employees ever.
Big menu, good boba. I wouldn't hangout there though.

We got a passion fruit tea and milk tea boba, Taiwanese beef noodle, chicken katsu, fried calamari, and sesame balls. While both of the drinks were decent, the food left much to be desired. The flavor of the beef soup wasnāt too bad but there was very little broth. It was mostly noodles. Although the beef in traditional beef soup is supposed to be somewhat fatty, ours was almost entirely composed of gristle with very little actual meat. Iām okay with a little bit of collagen, but I found this much to be completely off-putting. Additionally instead of the usual bok choi, they added carrots and celery and a couple of pieces of cabbage (I think?) - it was basically 95% noodles. The fried calamari was okay but weāre fairly certain it originated from Costcoās frozen food section. The chicken katsu just tasted like chicken tenders you could get from almost anywhere and the sesame balls might not have been cooked long enough bc they were quite doughy inside. We spent about $65. Verdict: go for the drinks, avoid the food. (Drinks/B+) (Food/D)
