I always get boba here, my go to spot! I’ve tried the fruit tea and milk teas here and they’re good. I never leave without ordering calamari or popcorn chicken, so good! I love the rewards system

Well established boba spot with good snacks. Popcorn chicken, salt & pepper calamari, tofu and fries are all good. Mango crema tea is my fav and taro milk tea is good too. Rainbow jelly is good w smoothie or fruit tea!
Our favorite boba spot for fried calamari and boba drinks and tea. Service is always good, food is consistent and very fast and friendly.

I love this t4 you got great food and drinks but I came in at 9:56, I know I hate it when a customer comes in right when you're about to close!! But you have a set time you close. The open sign was on when I pulled up and as they saw me walk towards the store they turned it off with 4 minutes left. There's 3 people in the store making one drink and working together there's no reason why they should have turned off the light right in front of me and refuse service when it wasn't time to close!! I understand that you want to go home but you have a closing time for a reason!! This is a Wednesday night.

I had a fantastic visit to T4 recently, and as always, their red bean milk tea didn't disappoint. The generous portion of red beans and the consistent quality make it my go-to choice. Popcorn chicken is a must-try!

I had called in to ask if they do togo orders and the young woman over the phone said we don't do togo orders by phone. Which was fine, I said ok, and decided to drive over there instead. When i got there i ordered what i wanted to order and proceeded to pay. As i paid and got change back, the young woman at the counter shorted me by a whole lot. Then, she gave me some more of my change and shorted me again. So i told her again, that she's still short. This time, she had an attitude about it. She proceeded to give me the rest of my change and stormed off and sat down all irritated. Overall the experience here sucks. Service was terrible. They need to train their staff better on how to talk to a customer. On another note, when they handed me my food, i looked at it and seen that the dessert that came with my food was moldy. Who knows what else is bad or wrong with the other items here. Well I didn't get an apology or a replacement or anything. Overall, most likely will not be coming back here and i wouldn't recommend this place to anyone either.

Not sure who was the extremely rude young woman on cash register in 9/04 at 6:20...but she needs be to addressed. At one point she "tossed" me the sauces I asked for. We order 3 regular drinks and 1 large. Received all regular. When we mentioned it since we paid for large, she acted annoyed. Not to mention her inappropriate dress, her bottom was showing because of how short her pants were. Very inappropriate for a place serving families and young people. The drinks were consistent in flavor with what we've had before. Haven't gotten home to taste the food. But that young woman at the register was such an awful shock, even my young kids were wondering what was wrong. Awful customer service.

This soup is good. I had to add spices to it but it was good after that. I also had a smoothie with it and that was tasty. My daughter had the calamari and she liked it a lot.

Stopped by T4 in Elk Grove with a friend who lives locally to the area. We ordered a few drinks to bring back to more friends we were going to see. There were plenty of choices of drinks and, surprisingly, a modest selection of food and snacks that one typically could find at boba spots. The shop was clean, organized, and seemed well-maintained. Service was friendly and speedy. Solid boba spot. T4 in Elk Grove is located in a small shopping center with other eateries. There's plenty of free parking in a large parking lot shared by the businesses in the center. If you don't find a spot initially, be patient as people are consistently coming in and out of the lot. Once inside, you will be able to place your order with the cashier a few feet from the door. There were a few tables for patrons to sit and enjoy their orders, but most people seemed to take their orders to go. Though they were busy at the time we came in, the staff did a good job of filling orders quickly and accurately. We ordered a total of four drinks. I got their Taro Milkshake Smoothie at 30% sweetness. It was still a little sweet for me, but I was pleased with it overall. I added pearls (boba) to the drink and the boba was tasty. Good texture. My only gripe was that the drink was definitely a little overpriced and expensive.Overall, a solid spot to get your boba fix. I didn't leave disappointed, but perhaps would be a pricey place to become a regular at. Would visit again with the assurance of knowing I'll receive something I'll enjoy.
Good service, order doesn't come out as quick as other places but the quality of the drinks and food are pretty good. I think this place has the best popcorn chicken in town, definitely give it a try. Boba was nice and fresh as well. 4 out of 5 stars.

made the wrong drink. TWICE. then ran out of a topping which can be made in under 3 minutes. but they just didn't want to make it. they were also rude and unprofessional. i come here atleast 2 times a week but today was the last. lost a loyal customer.

Stopped by here for some popcorn chicken, but also ended up getting their fried chicken wing and a green tea with mango ice cream. It did not disappoint, the snacks were hot and fresh. The drink along with it made it a great combo.
