I usually go in and always had great service. decided to Door Dash tonight because I was tired. only got 3 of 13 items ordered. DD driver only had the one bag. I called the store and very nicely explained and asked if the rest of the order was there to be picked up and was hung up on. I will never DD this location again and I'm 95% sure right now that I will never go into this location again either. which is sad, because I go here a lot. and I wasn't mad and I was nice when I explained! I would have driven down to get the rest since it wasn't far away. but to be hung up on is just wrong. and the DD driver said to call and it could get resolved. guess that serves me right for being lazy! lol
Very poor customer service in the drive thru, who ever took our order had a negative and condescending attitude. We asked for a cheese quesadila not spicy and we got a spicy chicken quesadila. Terrible customer service and bathing but attitude. Worst taco bell experience we have ever had!!!!

It's Taco Bell but the service is on the lower side of Taco Bell service.
Got the nuggets, they were so burned i had to throw them away. The manager did give me a chance to get new ones after work but I got out to late. Usually I let it slide but the way they served me those pieces was disrespectful
