The food is fine, however they struggle with following the items on the order. Rarely do I get the sauce I ask for. I just went through the drive through, requested two spicy potato soft tacos with no lettuce, and add black beans. I get my order pull around, look in the bag and my tacos are covered in lettuce. Go into the store and ask for my order to be remade and again specify NO LETTUCE. Im not rude about it, they were getting a lot of orders I can understand a rush. However after I watch the guy making the order look at the receipt and still add lettuce to my tacos for a second time I feel like either they don't care or simply can't read.

The employees were all friendly and the restaurant was clean and quiet. The food was great as well I highly recommend their vegetarian menu. Come to think of it I've never really had a bad experience at a taco bell. The staff even took extra care packaging our food.

So tell Mr manager with the glasses to calm his Diva attitude down. I was making a joke about how they asked if you want to round up to help out their workers with a college education basically they're asking for a donation I said "no ,do you want to help me? And the manager comes up to the window from the back and says "we hate asking,that's why it's just a" yes or no" question thank you. First off that was not necessary I understand it's Christmas Eve but still no excuse to be a dick. And then second why do I have to help your employees go to college those are your employees that is your job to help them not mine.
It's Taco Bell but the service is on the lower side of Taco Bell service.
