No one to take your order, freeze machine never works and your food is cold when you get it. They were all running around playing tag. So unprofessional worst part is you have to warm up your stuff in the microwave . Worst Taco Bell I ever been too.

Love that they are open late! Went for a quick snack before grocery shopping so to avoid the "shopping while hangry". Haven't been to TB in a while so needed a minute at the drive thru and the man with the mic, Luke P was so patient and offered to answer any questions and told me to take my time. Very sweet and genuine. While waiting for my food he asked if I wanted a drink. It's very obvious he cares about people and takes pride in his job. Da' Bell is lucky to employ such an individual with such hospitality.

Went in this evening to grab some food for my son and we were quickly "volunteered" by a lady manager to use the automated ordering system (which I'd rather order from a person so that they can have job opportunities, especially for teenagers). During our wait, I observed this lady manager speak in a very demeaning and condescending way to her young employees. It was pretty much just barking orders at her staff like do this and make that. My feeling is that there may be a cultural thing but our kids deserve better treatment if we want them to grow up to act professional in future positions.
