I like this Taco Bell. The food is always hot and prepared well. The only issue I have is the parking lot gets pretty crowded, especially when kids get out of school.

Food was prepared extremely fast, but was a little messy and the amounts were slightly different between the same items. They need to be cut some slack on speed so that they can make them nicer. Prices, like everywhere, are getting ridiculous. If I can go to a sit-down restaurant and get better quality and more for less, that means fast food is just grabbing profit and testing consumers for what they are willing to spend. Sadly, Taco Bell had hit their threshold for me.

You don't go to Taco Bell expecting a whole lot but this is an all time low. We stopped after cheer practice and placed an order that total just over $75. Not only was the order incorrect and I had to go back but every single item was beyond cold. I have no delusion that this food is made fresh but if you all could at least turn the warmers on that would be appreciated. Then when I had to go inside the guy took my receipt and didn't give it back, so guess who doesn't have the proper information to make an actual complaint, but still have a $75 charge on her card??? This was beyond ridiculous and really speaks to poor management and customer service.

We got 2 burrito supremes here last night and the total bill was $19.00. Worse there was nothing to the burritos. There was so little filling they couldn't even wrap the burritos properly. It looked more like a folded over quesadilla with very little meat or cheese. All the beans were placed on one end. Not stopping at this taco bell again.

I almost got sick and adopted to the ER I got food from drive-thru last night and the food give me really bad diarrhea food poisoning and I got sick I'm still sick I ordered food from them and I think The food was dirty The food was not clean

Every time I go there... the only people eating in are the employees who is on a break. I'm always getting the worst customer service only at the One on Bidwell St. in Folsom, CA. I'm always leaving empty-handed. I live 2 minutes from that one and end up driving 6 minutes to the one close to the 50 freeway. Which is always crowded and out of my way.
