This location is terrible with the exception of one employee. He is light skin and he has what looks like very long locs But he wears a net so it’s all wrapped up so you probably wouldn’t notice. He has very great customer service like very good. He was working there last week. I’m not sure if he works there or if he just was filling in from another Taco Bell but he’s great. His attitude is amazing. He told us to have a “Baja blast” as in a great day. He has the type of customer service that makes you look forward to going there. I hope he’s doing amazing, he will do amazing in the future of whatever he chooses to do. But everybody else is terrible. They don’t enjoy their job. If you place a pick up order at 6:30 and you leave to go pick it up at 6:50, It still will not be done. They won’t start making it until you get there more than likely, even if you give them all the time in the world. What’s the point of placing a pick up order if it’s not gonna be done ten to 15 minutes then when you go pick it up? And I’m a very understanding person but sometimes they just don’t care.

I ordered the dish from the canteen menu, but it doesn't come with chips or tortillas, you have to pay separately. And it doesn't look anything like the one in the photo. Very little portion of chicken and they add whatever beans they want. For another occasion I will try the Burrito Cantina combo! ;) ?

Coming here for a while, over time they just stopped caring it seems. Every time I order certain things, it's always "forgotten" or met with a "well it's extra, and you said yeah so I didn't give it to you" kinda attitude. I'm very disappointed. Sad to see it's declining.

How can workers consistently forget items on to go orders? How? Just how? Mysteries of the universe.
Food wasn't fresh, especially nacho cheese potato was cooked day before, it tasted soggy, like a leftover. Will never be ordered again!

Really good food and simple, no frills service! As always. However, something that really stuck out to me about this Taco Bell is that when I asked for a couple of hot sauce packets, I got 23 intsead (I counted). If you love hot sauce but don't wanna try finding at Walmart, there's always this Taco Bell in particular, where you can ask for any number of packets, and you'll get a bonus 20
