I went in today & ordered a large slush drink but received a small drink with plastic bits in it when I only asked for lychee popping boba. I didn’t make a fuss about the size of the drink, but later as I drank it, I was wondering why there were hard silicone like pieces shaped like long grains of rice, before I spit it out & realized it wasn’t edible. First & last time that I will be going back - unfortunately since they have so many flavors & even matcha.

I planned to try this place for the 1st time, by ordering a drink for my wife and I. The other person in my party ordered drinks 1st, and the TC employee immediately started on his order. The problem with that is the TC employee assumed I was there just as a spectator. I didn’t get the opportunity to order nor was I interested after such treatment so I took my business elsewhere.

Their product is decent, but lame service and atmosphere. Rickety tables and old board games. The biggest problem is that their rewards system doesn’t work. I will get a text, like I did a week ago, for 20% off a large. I go in with my son and order 2 drinks and say one is supposed to be 20% off. The girl tells me the system doesn’t work. I told her that’s fine, then just comp me a .75 boba. She said she can’t do this without manager approval but the manager isn’t available. They have a marketing program that they won’t honor, and they choose to not compromise when given an easy option. I spent my $13 at the T% across the street.

Great drink, but very impolite

Ordered White Rabbit boba tea, they ran out of blue boba but replaced with regular boba which is still delicious. Quick service and drink taste just like the white rabbit candy. Possibly my new favorite drink!

I don’t like this place. Too slow. Phone kept ringing. The main cashier took the calls as around 11 people wait for around 18 minutes to order.

I think this is my new favorite boba spot in the area. Thai tea, honeydew milk tea, and lychee milk teas are always on point.

I'm a repeat customer and get enough of their mango green teas. I appreciate their speedy service and patience when I ask for their recommendations. Recently, after the Door Dash system lapsed, they went above and beyond to correct my pick-up order. What stellar customer service! ?

I watched the owners (wife and husband) yell at their customers. They treat the works terribly. I hope this Tea Culture get bought by someone else so they can revamp this place cause as it stands now it’s not worth your money or time. Bober (which is across the street) is so much better and cheaper.
