Their Boba tea is a little different with a slight mocha flavor which is a nice change. Boba has a good texture. Cost is reasonable too.

The popcorn chicken taste spoiled. I went a couple of months back and the popcorn chicken tasted spoiled. The ranch is watery. Went again today and my husband and I waited patiently. We both ordered the popcorn chicken. A lady and her child who came in after us received their drinks and chicken first. The chicken was not pleasant again this time around. The drinks are good though.

I go back just for the housemade boba, it's literally so addicting! The quality of the tea is great and the prices are better than the other boba places nearby.

Edited to add that there is always an unpleasantly strong smell of cleaning products in there. Not a super comfy place to hang out.
Our school had a fundraiser here but they were out of snacks which was a real shame especially if they were going to host a fundraiser.
They don’t add sugar to fruit blends which is rare. They happily accommodate my request to split drinks into two for children. They make their own boba and you can tell the difference. Great find.

I had coconut taro with brown sugar boba. Best boba drink I ever had in awhile. He made it really good. Usually there's ice pieces but not here. Blended smooth, no traces of ice chunks like the other places, lol. Clean, modern, down to earth nice looking place !
