Our school had a fundraiser here but they were out of snacks which was a real shame especially if they were going to host a fundraiser.
They don’t add sugar to fruit blends which is rare. They happily accommodate my request to split drinks into two for children. They make their own boba and you can tell the difference. Great find.

I had coconut taro with brown sugar boba. Best boba drink I ever had in awhile. He made it really good. Usually there's ice pieces but not here. Blended smooth, no traces of ice chunks like the other places, lol. Clean, modern, down to earth nice looking place !

My favorite milk tea shop in EG! Love the Genmaicha with cheese foam! My kids love their smoothies. Snacks are great too! I'm a frequent flyer for sure!
Parking: Lots of parking spots but due to multiple businesses nearby you might have to drive around a little to get a spot.

I went there to try it out for the first time on Saturday afternoon. The two shop assistants were very friendly, polite and patient. This time I ordered the pearl oolong without sugar and less ice. The tea was not bitter or astringent. The white boba was quite big and chewy but not as sweet as the ordinary black boba. There were still a lot of less ice ice cubes. If I ordered regular ice, it would be Isn’t it just half a cup filled with ice? The interior is cutely decorated and the space is neat and clean. There are also some desserts/fried foods/snacks that are perfect for hanging out with friends.

3.5 stars rounded up because the bathroom was so clean.My drink was good, if pretty standard; there are no real exciting items that I saw. Bonus points for having a sign right at the register letting people know what you're out of that day.As they were out of fries, I didn't have any food, so I can't judge that.My only real criticism is that I asked for more ice, less boba. I realize that's an unusual request, but a simple one. I got a drink that had A LOT of still-warm boba in it and very little ice, or what ice there was had already melted from the heat. So it wasn't the cool, refreshing treat I'd been hoping for.The place itself is cute, with fun wall art and a variety of seating. The music got bumped up while I was sitting there, and it was too loud for my personal comfort, so I didn't linger. But otherwise I'd say it's a good place to meet a friend and hang out for a bit.
Parking: The strip mall was almost entirely dead around it, so there was plenty of parking open
