Ten Seconds Yunnan Rice Noodle

I’m not much of a rice noodle person but omg this was so good! And the tomato soup broth was so umami I’m craving it again already. The ladies working were really sweet too

Went to eat there about 3 PM. The place was empty so we had the entire restaurant to ourselves. Ordered A14 - the Spicy Beef Brisket with Rice Noodles. Out waitress brought out a plate of items to add which included tofu, wood ear, lettuce, ham, green onion and raw egg and some other items hard to translate along with a separate plate filled with cooked beef brisket and a bowl of cooked noodles. A few minutes later she brought out a large bowl of boiling broth kept hot with fuel gel from underneath. I threw everything in starting with egg and dug in. The broth had a rich flavor, like it had been stewing for a long time and was just spicy enough without causing discomfort and not too salty either. I stirred everything up, grabbed a piece of beef brisket and shoved it in my mouth, preparing for a long chewing session. To my pleasant surprise, the brisket nearly melted in my mouth. Even the tendon was easy to consume. My SO had the dry noodle bowl that was also delicious but slightly lacking in cool cucumber to offset the spice.

New food for me and I really enjoyed it. Service was great, with friendly servers and high quality food. Server was very interested in making sure that as new visitors we understood our choices.

Restaurant needs to mange efficiently. We ended up wait another 45 minutes to see food after already wait 20 mins outside. Appetizer dishes are served when noodle is about finish eating. We spent 2 hours for a bowl of noodle. A restaurant of 50 seats should not let customer wait for that long. No issue with food and staffs.

If you’re looking for a calm, Friendly, and good vibes atmosphere this is the place. Not only does it have extremely delicious foods, it has soup prices you can’t beat. I drove from Stockton to try out a new location, and was extremely satisfied. I haven’t wrote a review in ages, but this location deserved it.

Really great soup noodles and great appetizers. I happen to be vegan and the tomato soup was perfect! Pro tip: order extra noodles 🍜

Came back last Saturday and tried three more soups: C4 beef tripe hot pot rice noodle was delicious, recommended. A18 beef slice with kimchi was decent. Last one, A9, golden hot and sour was ok.

Nice, clean restaurant, friendly service, decent food. Currently have promotions going, recommended. The rice noodles were smooth and tasty. Tried two broth, the C3, pickled cabbages and fish, was creamy and delicious, recommended. The A14, spicy beef brisket was decent, at bit too spicy for myself, not sure if they have the option to adjust the spice level. It wasn't asked during ordering. Will be back to try another items.
