Came back last Saturday and tried three more soups: C4 beef tripe hot pot rice noodle was delicious, recommended. A18 beef slice with kimchi was decent. Last one, A9, golden hot and sour was ok.
Nice, clean restaurant, friendly service, decent food. Currently have promotions going, recommended. The rice noodles were smooth and tasty. Tried two broth, the C3, pickled cabbages and fish, was creamy and delicious, recommended. The A14, spicy beef brisket was decent, at bit too spicy for myself, not sure if they have the option to adjust the spice level. It wasn't asked during ordering. Will be back to try another items.

Our server was very friendly and made sure to come and check on us as we ate. It's a 100+ degree day and it was 3pm so we were the only customers at that time. We like to try to go to food spots outside the normal rush hours so we're not feeling rushed to eat.
Sticky chicken wings have a tons of flavor and the sweet and spice is perfect balance especially for those not really into spicy goods.
We tried the tomato beef brisket and the broth was good. I like tomato soup in general so I enjoyed it. The family also tried the regular beef brisket and meat on all of them was very tender which us great. Nothing worse than having to naw on tough meat.
Place was clean and for it being a hot day the temp was perfect I'd guess probably mid to low 70's so perfect cool air whwn eating hot soup but not to cold where you wish you brought a jacket.
Mango pomelo sago dessert was perfect wrap to the dinner.
Definitely will be back.

I tried it for the first time. Ordered to go, was hesitant with the drive home. I ordered the spicy soup with sliced beef and kimchi rice noodles(added fish cake and fish ball. It was so good, had to pace myself. Also ordered takoyaki, delicious! It was about a 10 min wait, I couldn't have been happier. Only thing I would do differently if getting to go, ask that they put the sliced beef on the side so it doesn't sit in the soup. It was still really good!

Tasty seasoned broth, tender meat and nice toppings. Don't know how I feel about the bun/kapoon rice noodles, but it worked. I think my broth (pork bone broth) might go better with udon or potato/jap chae noodles. My partner got the pickled soup with pork. Surprisingly super delicious! The broth paired very well with the rich pork.Sticky Wings: Just get it. The flavor was a good balance between sweet and spicy. Also, they came out freshly deep-fried and hot!Service was curt, direct, and minimal, but that's fine. Look out for water refills though, they might need a gentle reminder or two. Extra points for the stoneware keeping our soups nice and hot!?Ten Seconds Yunnan Rice Noodle

Overall a great addition to Elk Grove. They serve rice noodles. There was plenty of fish in my fish soup - - could have been more generous with the cabbage. The pork bone broth is better than their tomato. They have a special where if you order two mains and a side you get two free iced lemon iced teas.
Parking: Free lot - there's spaces but crowded in the central areas.

My wife and I loved that we can add the ingredients we like to our noodle soup. Broth was tasty and portions were on point.

Noodles and meat are decent though not special. Some broths like the pickled one are good.Every time the service is shockingly slow especially since there's no cooking besides the broth. From ordering the food takes 30-45 minutes to arrive and the servers don't remember who orders what.

In cold freezing weather, I love a hot bowl of soup. My friends and I recently tried out this restaurant. It was an amazing experience. They gave us so many side dishes and you put in the hot soup. It cooks within ten seconds. I guess that's related to the restaurant name “ ten seconds…”Service was great. The waitress explained to us about the soup and let my friend do basic soup sampling. Most of their broths are pork based. I tried the fish soup. It was delicious. The place is nice and clean. I loved the fact, we entered the restaurant and they immediately greeted us. We were able to get seats since it was empty.Nice addition to the Elk Grove Community!

I had to check this place out after seeing the cute display of tiny dishes in my feed. I also love hot soup/noodles and have heard of this noodle chain. We got here at around 6:30 pm on Friday night and it was packed. We waited for about 10 minutes for a table, which gave me time to checkout the menu. The decor is plain, simple and clean.I got the A6 Tomato Pork Cartilage Rice Noodles. If you don't want any meat, you can order A5. They bring out all the ingredients in their own small dishes in a tray. You get lettuce, corn, ham, quail egg?, scallion, goji berries, noodles, and few other ingredients that I have seen but don't know what they are called in English. The piping hot soup in a clay pot came out about 10 minutes later. The fun part is adding the ingredients that you like in the soup to cook and wait few minutes because it is super hot! The broth/soup is delicious and flavorful. Best part was the pork cartilage! It was tender and savory. Cartilage is actually really good for you. It's high in collagen, which is great for your joints and skin.My husband got the C3 Picked Cabbages & Fish Fillet Rice Noodles. I think his ingredients are slightly different than mine and obviously he has fish fillet. The broth/soup is lighter and kind of creamy. If you don't like fish, don't get this. The fish filet doesn't taste frozen and they gave you a generous amount. It was very good!We didn't order any appetizer/snack and they have about a dozen choices. The usual popcorn chicken, potstickers, fries and stuff like that.We did order Super Kumquat Lemon drink. It was super sweet and I didn't like it. I should have asked for reduced sugar but forgot.Overall, a nice addition to Elk Grove. Plenty of parking on this side of Elk Grove Commons.

I find the small dishes unnecessary and gimmicky other than for a pretty Instagram photo. Just put everything in the bowl and you will have less dishes to wash and hence, less banging in the kitchen. It was way too noisy.Taste-wise, it's ok. I find the broth for the noodles a bit underwhelming.
