This is about the Palour only. It's a very nice place to chill but I would still give only one star. I don't understand when it's the same place as drinking beer and playing pool then why do we have to pay to places, pay beer to one place and pool to another place and then to eat pay another place and that really sucks. If it says the Alley then it means everything under one roof. Customer service is to zero for this place. Especially the girl at the pool register But just want to clarify customer service and bar outside by bowling alley is top notch. I would give them 10 stars. Just don't understand why this beer palor place is so unprofessional about these things. Hope somebody takes this seriously and makes some changes and easy on their customers.
I came here Friday and Saturday Night for kids parties the one on Friday was at the playground in the alley the other was at caliglow. One thing that really bothered me was how dirty it was and how dirty the bathrooms were my phone was dead so I couldn't take pictures but it was horrible I seen the same tampon applicator on the ground from the day before there was 0 toilet seat covers the trash was overflowing were papertowls were on the floor and all over the bathroom and no soap luckily I had hand sanitizer but I'm thinking of the people who didn't and how nasty that is touching all the bowling balls. This is Elk Grove and at Country club lanes in arden I went 2 weeks ago and their bathrooms were not like that at all. I asked the girl in the front if someone can clean it she straight up said "I'm going to try to ask my manager to ask someone because if I ask no one will do it" I went to the bathroom 45 minutes later and only the trash was taken not even the napkins on the floor picked up nothing else done. Having people pay Hella money but can't keep it clean really bothered me because that is just hygiene at this point. I wish I had pictures because it was crazy other women in the bathroom were saying the same thing.
I loved it there. I went there with my family and it was great. The only thing I would say is that the shoes are really dirty and smelly. Needs to be washed.
Spending time with the grandkids. We bowled several games and spent time in the arcade. Lots of families on a Saturday afternoon. Everyone had a great time.
Lots of bowling lanes, some with dark or bright lighting, arcade area, axe throwing alley. Bar area
This place was pretty empty when we got there. Which was a pleasant surprise. We played some ping pong and the games in that one room. We finished up with some cosmic bowling. Good fun!
This place is great for kids and adults. Everyone one had fun. Supper clean and good prices.
Family friendly fun, food was very good, staff presentable and accommodating, recommended going when they first open it can get busy. Overall will come again.
OVER priced drinks. 100% recommend pre gaming. The drinks are OVER PRICED. The heavyset blond white “bartender” CHRISTINA was so rude. Slamming drinks and gave attitude when we asked questions about the drinks like it says on the menu. Felt so unwelcome and like a burden to her even tho there was no line. 100% would not recommend it here. She really ruined it for us
Mostly a good time playing here for a Friday night date. Bowling is always fun but I say 'mostly' because out of all the empty lanes available, she put us on lane 30. And the lane would get stuck probably every 5th ball. I'm surprised that out of all the lanes we just happened to get the bad one. It's probably just my imagination tho.

It's a big location. It's clean and kept cool for those hot summer days. They offer food and drinks. Will back for sure!
who is gonna pay $40 to bowl for 1hour? No thank you deals on Groupon and living social for other local bowling alleys
Pretty fun place, great for birthdays parties. The arcade is a fun place to go with friends, and it's just a nice hangout place in general.
The wife and I did date night and it was great. We did an hour of ace throwing and then an hour of pool. We were able to order food when we checked in so it was delivered to us pretty quickly. The atmosphere is definitely fun. Pretty clean considering drunk people are there. We had fun with the games! The pool table and sticks were a bit rough but still playable. The ace throwing was fun but tbh I was a little scared of it the drunk people throwing next to us. The staff however was what made the evening fire! Jenelle and Ged checked us in and they clearly love their job. Super friendly, efficient and helpful. The staff kept the place clean after each group and were fun! The bartender Christina poured a great cocktail!Overall would sooooo come back. They had a ton of other games (shuffle board, ping pong, connect 4, giant jenga, and bocce ball). The new Biergarten was closed which was a bummer but it was also 106 today so who would want to be outside. They also have an arcade for kids and a giant bowling alley!
way too expensive, dirty, food was barely edible and expensive, numerous trips to the front desk to request alley to be fixed over and over again....balls not returning. third trip there hoping things would be better...nope! looking for alternatives now.
