Horrible place!! The worst bowling experience of my life. Came here with a huge group for my sons bday. 4 lanes...2 kids lanes 2 adult lanes..kids lane scores registered 0 no matter what they threw, problem got fixed, they said if it didn't get fixed they were gonna have to move us lanes..everything was fine and then the lane just shut off....so we moved to the none dark side of the bowling ally unexpectedly...We get to that side, the screen froze, the bummers were up for the adults and we could not get them down...there was a child's plastic pool In the middle of one of the lanes..this place is gross....I could throw the ball down the lane like 3 times before it even cleaned for my second thrown, there was a pile of wet rags where the balls come out on our lane...we spent more time fixing things here than actually enjoying ourselves...demanded a refund, this place is horrible...I see the owners responses that they are gonna fix things here but obviously they have not. No need we definitely will not come back.

They've utilised a lot of space that was empty very efficiently. I'm glad there's an indoor play structure for my kids to do something new locally.

The Alley, Cali Glow and one other place I tried to contact last weekend to check availability are managed haphazardly. I called at various times. Nobody will answer. Then you get instructions to check the site. Oh..really? The same site I got this non answer number from that still doesn't include much relevant info?! Not sure how hard a business expects new customers to try and track them down. I think the voicemail asked me to email or fill out a contact form. Um...why would I do t...oh look..found a different option that was happy to answer their phone in the middle of a business day and even happier to take lots of my money. Good luck! You might look into Fiver. Or any virtual assistant services. Or ChatGPT to deliver the minimal amount of human interaction a business requires when trying to have people give you their money.

Truly, truly disappointing..... not a family place anymore , as to when it was strikes . There was no food only alcohol been served and serve yourself fountain sodas no pitchers. There ticket exchange shop is closed no more small toys or trinkets to swap your tickets for . No food at all when we went the snack bar looked deserted . This place should just close down or get bought by someone that will make it family friendly again .... I like bowling it was fun better than staying at home door dashing something but I am not coming back to this place .

Horrible arcade dirty and all the machines are broken or take tokens.. needs a major overhaul to be honest. Machines are like early 2000 models maybe that's why they don't work hmmm

My friend and our kids came down here when something we were originally planning was not possible anymore. The playground area is nice and our kids had a great time there. The seating are within the playground area though, is uncomfortable, dirty and limited. The arcade was sad. Half of the games were broken or malfunctioning, the old ticket counter is filled with random appliances and stuff, and there was only one employee to cover both the playground and the arcade area. The food is way overpriced and takes forever. We did not try the axe throwing or the bowling - so i can't say much there. I'll revise my review when I do those activities, if I decide to go back.

My wife injured her knees in the parking lot, and they refused to give any help. It was dark, with no lighting in the parking lot.

I HIGHLY recommend NOT Bowling here & just save your money!! For 1 they are pretty expensive to bowl..... plus we paid the charge for priority in the line for 2 lanes. We weren't even able to get through 1 game of Bowling!!! We bring our own balls to Bowl etc.... I had to give my ID in order to get a smaller size ball for my Toddler & they keep them behind the register. That wasnt the major issue though.... The biggest "problem" was like i stated: we Bowl with our own Balls for everyone else! When you Bowl down the lane.... The Balls DO NOT return to you!! We have to bowl another ball down the lane, just to get our original ball back!! RIDICULOUS!!! We had 7 bowlers (total. Including the Toddler) and i kid you not.... With the issues we had with ball returning, out of 2 lanes of bowling, we only got through the 7th frame!! Between the 6 adults, we get memberships & some of us join leagues, because we bowl multiple times per week! We came to The Alley because im Local to EG and we wanted to check it out for an upcoming party we are having for about 30 people! Needless to say, "The Alley" (Elk Grove) has been removed from the list of Bowling Alleys we would spend our money on for said party or even for a regular evening bowl that we do so often! Im writing this to warn anyone else who plans to bowl here: DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! My Sister says it may just be coincidental but, i did notice that at the 5min mark of our 1hr being "up"...ALL of the Balls started to come back normally!! Nonetheless.... DO NOT BOWL HERE!! You cant get ahold of anyone with The Alley until about Wednesday/Thursday, as they are not open until then.... So good luck taking up any grievances with anyone! Lol

Ridiculous 2 hour wait for a bowling lane when I can see that a ton of lanes are not in use. There was one worker for shoes, parties and walk-ins.

I came with my family to bowl & have a good time. Cleanliness was not that great alongside with the bathroom sanitization. We had about 10 minutes left from our game when the lanes came to a hard stop. We kept pressing the service button & nobody came to check it out. When I approached the front desk one of their staff members just looked over and proceeded to go over to their register/computer & the one that was actually attending customers came over & I told her what was going on. She said they were working on it as fast as they could & would reset our time, however, that did not happen. Our time was up & then the lane was given to another family. So much for waiting and trying to enjoy our time as a family.

If I could give zero stars I would. We came to the arcade and 90% of the games are broken or have an error message. The air hockey table is missing it's pucks and we couldn't get our tokens back. The games that don't have an error message are also broken, there multiple times we tried to play something and won and got no tickets for winning. Probably only one game worked and gave tickets out for winning. Everything Will basically eat your tokens and won't give you your tickets. We even talked to other arcaders playing next to us and even they were complaining that everything is broken. Management really needs to fix these arcade machines.

I'm not a bowler but I often pass by this place without much thought. Last night, I met a friend for there for a night out and had so much fun! They offer more than just bowling. They have a game room with ping pong tables and games like Connect four, plus a mini arcade area. If you're wanting to try something different, they also offer axe throwing! They have bar for adult beverages and offer food options like wings, fries and pizza. Who knew that this little nugget of entertainment was located on Laguna Blvd?

Definitely beat the crowd before 6pm, but there's plenty of lanes so I wouldn't be too worried. Booked a party for 2 hours on a Friday, which was expensive but it was very fun for the kiddos! They had a blast. Place looked very clean, and when the lane got backed up, service came fast to fix the problem! Will come again.

I recently had a disappointing experience at this establishment. The online pricing didn't align with the in-store prices, creating confusion. Additionally, despite having two lanes, there was no extra time given when one malfunctioned. The customer service was among the worst I've encountered in the last two years. To top it off, the pizza was dry and had a cardboard-like flatness, making it an overall unpleasant visit.

This bowling alley has fallen from its previous glory as Strikes. The selection of balls (both weight and size) presented was low and the lanes and siting areas were not cleaned very well prior to our arrival. Additionally a majority of the games in the arcade either did not work as intended or just sucked up your tokens without starting. The only thing decent about the place was how helpful and friendly the staff was. Would not recommend!
