Love this place. They forgot the boba in my daughters drink and immediately fixed it is was fantastic

The menu for Boba drinks is pretty extensive with the option to create a truly staggering number of combinations for your drink. All the different nods to different pop culture sources are fun as well as the music in the place. Atmosphere is lovely, seating is comfortable enough, and I highly recommend it.

When you see another customer, you greet them and do your job. If you’re talking with a previous customer just for fun, you can still work. The guy was taking his time, very slowly, making her drink while keeping eye contact with her and talking up a storm. I wasn’t greeted and you could see I was on a work break and ready to order. The previous customer was still at the register just talking. The employee could’ve easily taken my order and not took years to make her drink. That’s unacceptable!!!!!

Checked this place out in google amd decided to try them out based on the star rating. Got there at about 1:30 on a Friday. I wanted a Hokkaido tea but they don’tvhave that. So I asked for their strongest milk tea and they suggested Ceylon. I want it with boba, egg pudding and salted cheese foam thingy.I was the only customer, so warning bells in my head…. No customer means bot a good thing! The Asian lady who took my order looked unexcited, bored. Got my order wrong initially because they forgot to add the salted cheese foam. They rectified it.They didn’t even ask me how much sugar and ice I want in it. Most boba places would!It also comes in just one size.The tea was bland, the quality of the boba itself was so so, and the salted cheee foam was so mediocre in taste and almost unoticeable!What was more disappointing was, the 2 people working there had no customer service skills. I was the only one in there, they could have been more engaged, etc. Nope! Not coming back here. There are other places to go with better tasting tea!

Got the Mango Unchained and Notorious POG. Great drinks, the Mango was delicious and by far my favorite, and the Notorious POG was also good. The specialty drinks are surprisingly elegant and complex for being fairly cheap. I enjoy the atmosphere around the place as well. Good place.

Good service. Price is hella high considering the amount of ice i was given. They regularly give this much ice ?

Great food service and staff, very refreshing and delicious.

This place is very welcoming, a safe space and had delicious food and drink. Big Boba theory plays shows, music and has a very nice atmosphere wile inside, they have no tables or chairs inside or out because of covid. Usually a specialty boba drink would cost 6$. there are no variations in sizes, they offer only on size. My favorite drink personally is the freckled lemonade, with strawberries inside.

I love coming here everytime I'm in Sacramento area for my sons PT we make a special trip just for some Boba! Their Straw wars drinks is by far our favorite.

Inexpensive drinks and quick bites, but the quality needs improvement.

Im visiting from out of town.. Great experience. I got a Mango, Watermelon and Honey Dew flavors smoothie with strawberry popping pearls and Boba. And to finish it, I added a scoop of mango. Yes, loved it. Thank you!!

Very good tea and variety of flavors. Their specialty drinks are creative. Only complaint are the cups can be a little fragile. My roommate and I have punched through a couple of cups inserting the straw. ?‍♂️

Always come here for my kids, they love it and customer service is awesome!

Their Boba drinks are the bomb! Very very good!! The Ladies there are sweet too!! Always leave them a tip!!
