Went in at 4:50 pm on Sunday afternoon with my wife and son. The person working there ignored us and never greeted us. He was packing a door dash order. We waited about 8 minutes without a single word spoken to us. The man finished and proceeded to start packing another door dash order, still without speaking to us. In total we spent 10 minutes
in the store without a word spoken to us. We left, still without being spoken to. I have had cookies from here previously. They were decent but not amazing. However, the cookies do not make up for a horrible lack of service. I can only imagine this business will suffer the consequences of their failures until they finally go out of business.

I purchased a cookie for $3. Thought it was overpriced, but I figured I would support a local business. Asked for a chocolate chip without nuts. Left and took a bite out of it and it had nuts. Returned and gave it back and asked for my money back. They refused to give me my money back. They only offered to exchange the cookie. I reluctantly took it. Exchanged cookie also had nuts in it. Big mistake to shop here. Don't waste your money at this place.

We got four different types of cookies. None of them had much flavor. Some of the cookies look like what I bake at home. The cheesecake brownie was dry and the cheesecake topping tasted like spoiled milk :/ I might try the ice cream cookie sandwich tho since that's more about the ice cream ?
I like ordering when a certain girl is working. She makes the cookies the best. Always crispy. Never soft or raw. I only like to order if she’s there. I don’t even know who she is but she was working Friday. The cookies gave it away.
Update: I got her name, it’s Jaycie. She never disappoints.

I want to start out and mention it’s been years since I’ve been here. I moved out of state but I hope this message reaches the right people. I started my first job in 2005/2006 at the Rubio’s next door when it opened. I’d often sneak next door on my break to grab a cookie, they were so delicious. I fondly remember an elderly woman running the place and it was her recipes that were being used. Sometimes I would see her husband in the store helping out. The way they’d mess with one another and banter back and forth always made me chuckle. When there were days I had to help close I’d sneak over some of the meals they liked from Rubio’s. (The manager didn’t mind) And in return they would have a few fresh cookies for me for my bike ride home. I cherish the time I got with them, our talks about life, our jokes, sharing stories. Being this took place so long ago I’m sure they both have moved on to the next life but with the recent announcement of Rubio’s next door permanently closing I just had to see if this place was still hanging in there; thrilled it is.
Much love from Texas.

Love this place I come get cookies here a lot they taste fantastic and have it with milk that takes it to the next level. The atmosphere is great and the cashiers are always wonderful the only downside is they don't sell milk.
