I had a very disappointing experience with the customer service. I paid for a coffee, but when I went to get it, the coffee pod was empty. I informed the staff at the counter, and the lady took the pod to refill it. While I was patiently waiting, another employee approached me and rather rudely asked if they could help me with anything else. I explained that I was waiting for the coffee pod, and she responded, without any courtesy, that it would take 10 minutes.
It’s understandable that things run out or take time, but the attitude and lack of professionalism from the staff made the experience unpleasant. A little politeness and better communication would have gone a long way.

Bad customer service, paid for coffee, but there was no coffee in coffee pot. Donuts were not fresh as well!

I love coming here, my boyfriend and I started coming in early mornings before work I love the staff every single one has been so nice!
They always change up their options so it’s fun to come in and know there will be a new thing to try.

I stopped in for a donut here while waiting for someone in the tech center nearby. The donuts were so fresh and delicious. I had the raised crumb and part of a raised glazed and both were excellent. I bought the strawberry shortcake for my grandchild and it looks delicious too. I highly recommend this shop for excellent donuts and friendly customer service!

I love their bacon donuts. They’re the best in town to me.
Decent prices and plenty of selection.
I placed my order on door dash, it was accidentally set for pick up instead of delivery. I'm happy that I came in instead. Exceptional customer service & delicious kronuts! I will certainly be back. Thank you so much.
As a local business owner here and chamber member my experience here has been disappointing.
I LOVE supporting mom and pops and have had my company order several orders from here spending well over $500.
I’ve gone out of my way to support this establishment.
Every order we have placed there were errors. We’ve given grace. The one time we asked for one item to be fixed. They declined us.
Not to mention when I called to inform them they were rude on the phone.
So as a final chance of me trying to connect I went into their location as usually my team orders or picks up for us.
She was just as rude and dismissive, declining to fix the incorrect order.
Racists and unprofessional. Worse experience ever!
This donut shop is filthy.

Food/Price: Donuts are GREAT, croissant sandwiches greasy but tasty. Blueberry and strawberry croissants are not worth the bother, nothing like picture and NOT fresh strawberry. Good variety of products and prices are reasonable, even web prices
Ordering: My first 2 web orders went great, cheaper than using Doordash, and I could leave notes/make specifications for store. Tip - Web order overnight so you get what you what. Don't bother ordering 2pm or later. My last 2 orders were wrong, items missing, etc. Today I received Ham/Cheese/Egg Bagel with NO EGG. And you cannot reach store for help.
ONLINE ORDER BEWARE - if you order directly from the website it is IMPOSSIBLE to get assistance or a refund for errors. It's great when everything goes right, nightmare when it doesn't. The phone# on website takes you to some weird computer generated voice box that is unrelated to the business. Nothing on site to contact them. With Doordash, they can get your refund. My last 2 orders have been a hot mess, so may not be using the store again, but if I do I will use Doordash.

Fantastic Donut's. All the classics we like. They also open earlier than other shops which is great.

At first glance it’s a very cute shop. . While looking at the display I noticed gnats were inside of the display landing on donuts. I mentioned it to the worker and she just stared at me. It was close to closing and I guess she was pissed. . We live close and had been wanting to try the new place. You know support businesses in our area. Least to say we won’t be back. Bad first experience bad customer service but the place looked nice LoL!
