So I have been to this location twice, and bith times it's been the same. Terrible service. Both times there has been no hostess. We wait around several minutes and finally I track someone down because no one acknowledges you waiting. We are seated...again we have to find someone. I mean no one acknowledges you for a water. After waiting about 10 minutes I try to see if we can at least get someone to get us water. The waitress seems put out to have to take your order. Just not friendly and not efficient. It's a shame. The one downtown has always been great. After 2 tries here we now just go downtown where we know the food AND service will be quality.

Everything I got was in such small portions! I paid over$120.00 for 3 dinners. The Cesar salad was a joke! 5 bites and my salad was gone. Couldn't believe how small it was. My pasta was dry and rubbery. The tiramisu was so very small for $8.something. I picked up my order. We were ALL extremely disappointed! We will never be coming back. Will also be telling our friends, also. Don't waste your money. There's better out there.

1/2 loaf of bread was missing from my order and then I was left on hold for 16 minutes until my husband called to let them know I was still on hold. Old Spaghetti Factory said we had to get in touch with the delivery service. No apology even though they prepped the order and the bag was taped closed. Clearly not the delivery service’s fault. Not impressed with their customer service. Or I should say the non existence of it.

I can not say enough good things about the staff and how great they were in helping us make this day out for our father, who has dementia, so amazing! We needed a little help to get through and Dawn went above & beyond to help make it as seamless as possible. I can’t remember the names of the hostess or the waitress that also assisted but we were in around 12:30-1:30 on 2/16/25. The 3 of them were so pleasant & helpful. This small gesture of kindness made a world of difference for our family. We have been coming here for years and will continue to return. Thank you for your amazing service.

Great place to eat. I was able to order broccoli to replace the noodles on my dish, which was fantastic, I did not miss the extra carbs at all. We were in a big group and the staff was very good to us, from moving us to a different table to getting all our orders out quickly.

This place is off and busy and we did have to wait perhaps 20 or 30 minutes to get a table. But we often expect that when we go there. The food is awesome. Probably my favorite Italian place to go to... I'm although I am sure there are some other very good ones out there.
