Ordered 2 sandwiches take out around 5pm on Saturday night.
NONE of the requested accommodations were done. It’s like they were totally ignored. On one sandwich where we had requested mayo, mustard, and another sauce, NONE were included. It’s completely dry as you can see from the picture. Minimal tuna on the sandwich. Not many vegetables despite our request. Looked like it was sloppily put together. You get more meat and veggies at Subway even. Only good part was I liked their Dutch crunch roll, though as others have commented, it was rather hard.
On my wife’s sandwich, she requested no Mayo, yet they put Mayo on hers.
They were going to try and charge us $5 for a small bag of chips until my wife corrected them on the price.
Minimal customer service. The 2 guys working liked like they could care less.
Definitely do NOT recommend. It’s a waste of money. There are WAY better options out there. Will definitely not return. This place is NOT worth your business.

Came in to order unfortunately they were about to close I should have just walked out instead I proceeded to order found out I can only get sliced bread same price. Man was mad that I made an order got a drink they had no ice made a comment I was ignored definitely won't be coming back. Wish he would have just told me we aren't taking orders... if you don't have the product don't make the sell.

I should have read the reviews first. I got the Tupac and regretted it immediately. The roast beef was hard and full of tough cuts of meat. Would not recommend and especially at the price point

We love the downtown Sacramento shop, but this is nothing like that. It’s very disorganized and loud behind the counter. It isn’t clean. When I see taped up signs on glass, I’m certain that glass never gets cleaned. The sandwiches were just “ok”, nothing special. We won’t return and can’t recommend.

Don't review much, but it's kind of irritating walking up to a place of business 30 some odd minutes before close and the door is locked. And the employee is hanging out in the back. With the new hours posted on the door, which I guess don't matter when you lock the door way before close. That's an easy way to lose business. Not open during business hours..

I got the YodaLet's start with flavor, It was tasty. The bread is fresh and had a lot of flavor. The sauce was good and added another layer to everything. The veggies were all fresh. The negative things would be the bacon is so thin it's transparent, the poultry had 0 flavor , the pesto had 0 flavor , the bacon had 0 flavor. Over all it tasted like a veggie sub.

Pastrami was tough and grisly. Pretty much an awful place. Used to the one downtown being good. Brand has lost a customer.

I can only review them based on the fact that I walked in 15 minutes prior to the posted closing time and they had already stopped working for the day. No customers there and they could have made a sandwich and still had me out of there before they even close. Apparently a place being open doesn’t mean what it used to when I worked in the food industry.
