I love wingstop it's my go to place and there's always amazing service and i have never had any bad visits everything is always smooth and there are never any problems I recommend to all who are hungry and want a good experience.

Placed order under my husbands name with my phone number and used my credit card to pay so he wouldn't have any issues when he picked it up. I couldn't pick up this time. Cashier was trying to enforce a sign they taped on the wall that most customers wouldn't even notice. It says that credit card needs to be presented to cashier for on line orders. I have never noticed that sign and it was never enforced on me when I picked up my order and never saw them enforce it on anyone else. Order had my husband's name and my phone number on it but cashier gave my husband a hard time. If this is the case then when you place your order on line then it should be stated on line and or the app. I have always ordered on the app and that statement isn't on the app and I have never seen it enforced. If that rule is only posted in the store how would someone placing an order on line know that. Also what are the chances that someone has all the correct info about the order and the excuse of well there is so much fraud nowadays doesn't work. There has been fraud for years all day everyday. If you just use common sense you will see that there is no fraud in this case. My husband is black, makes me wonder if that was the issue with the cashier. This happened on Nov 28, 2023 around 3:20-3:30 pm.

Wasn't the best experience. The cashier wasn't the most helpful. 4 tables still had trash on them, so we couldn't find anywhere to sit. Our order of wings took 20 mins longer than what they estimated. I felt like wings and fries were overly salty. The employees don't look happy to be there. And I overheard the couple next to me say that their food was cold.

Lekrishia was very helpful up front ! Great customer service. The food came out great , she recommended a flavor and I loved it! There was a friendly connection there and was greeted by the upfront people . Kind people , I'd totally be here again.

I'm not a connoisseur of chicken wings but this was bad all-around. The chicken wings seemed dry and overcooked. The service was terrible. with at least 4 registers not one was staffed. plenty of cooks in the kitchen. I saw only one who was bagging orders and was trying her best. Most orders were from phone-ins. There were at least 8 people there to order on-site. we waited 50-55 minutes for our simple order. The ambience? guess.

Customer service at the front was awful, was greeted by being addressed as homie, I'm not 15 in high school a little respect would be nice. Placed our order at 10:46pm and waited over an hour for our food to come and when it came me we decided to try and order a chicken sandwich to go as well, when all of a sudden they aren't taking any more orders when we clearly see a bunch of only orders coming in. It's 11:40 you guys don't close till 12. Just pure lazy and immature staff and disappointed with they people they chose to handle there front counter. To top it off they had a couple of drunk employees help them close the restaurant who clearly don't even work here.

Food wasn't done on time I ordered it , I went in and they said they didn't have it , it's the wrong location even after I showed them my email confirmation and told them my nail then all of a sudden they found it and it wasn't done of course . This location even after re opening is still terrible, the staff is running around like they're lost , some workers were literally standing around looking lost . Only one guy seemed to know what he was doing , it was shambles

Not always consistent but wingstop is wingstop!We dined in Monday night and it wasn't too busy inside but they definitely had a good chunk of online orders being made. Service was great, friendly encounter with the cashier. The wings came out piping hot and perfectly crispy. The fries were great that night, wasn't too crispy or too soggy -- a nice in between. We sat inside and there are a few tables to sit at. There's also a window to look into a kitchen and you can watch them make the wings/sauces which is pretty cool!We tried out the new flavor that was a mixture of garlic and lemon pepper? It was soooo good especially since I'm a huge lemon pepper fan. The atomic was interesting, has a bit of a kick so I recommend it for those who enjoy trying out hot sauce-d wings. Wingstop ranch will always be some of the best ranch I've ever had.

AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!!The staff accidentally gave my order to someone else without confirming the order. They could've checked with the person who took my order, but no I had to wait an hour for a simple 2 piece combo. To add on top of it, the staff was unapologetic. I WILL NEVER VISIT A WINGSTOP EVER AGAIN!!!!!Whoever needs own this franchise location needs to shut it down!!!
It's my favorite wingstop in Sacramento. I know all Wingstop have bad reviews it's a chain restaurant. Doesn't stop any of us. This is the most consistent wingstop. It's also a plus that chiptole, Jamba juice and sees candy, and many other restaurants and stores in the same plaza. I find here that it's the least amount of errors.

Ugh. I generally love Wing Stop and this location is closest to home. But do yourself a favor and drive to the one off Florin. I'm not exaggerating when I say EVERY SINGLE TIME we have ordered from this location our order has been jacked up. Either tossed in the wrong sauce, missing dips, unseasoned fries, or in tonight's case missing an entire order of wings. And equally annoying is that the service is just as jacked up as the food. We're done. We won't be back. 4 is our limit. If you are going to order from this location, check your food before you drive all the way home.
