Cute setup, first time I was here when visiting family in town. Supposedly they've been open 8 years, 5 at this location! (Elk Grove has expanded SO MUCH!)
Super Friendly staff. Only trialed a few sampler IPAs and got a standard double IPA- nothing crazy. Looks like from photos, they have some quirky special beers I'll have to come back for sometime.
They have food trucks come in (not sure if it rotates) - haven't tried it.
Went on a 6pm Saturday, about 7-10 tables. Good crowd but plenty of free tables still

So for Tilted Mash we were really impressed with the on-site food truck La Esquina Del Caribe Azul.
That partnership is super smart because the flavors that are in the street tacos, the quesadillas, and the overall food selection pairs super well with the beers from tilted Mash.
While we were there we tried the slushy of the day which was the fruit punch beer slushie. And hearing the name we thought it would be overly sweet, but it was actually really well balanced with the beer.
Also we tried out the Ube beer and I personally liked it because of the subtle sweetness that it had that gave to a deeper flavor not as much as a stout but enough to help with the cheesy spicy deliciousness of the tacos. Another selection was the agua fresca beer that was more refreshing and felt like a summertime drink with the food.
And last piece we were there on a Friday night between 7:00 and 9:00 the place was calm, the person behind the bar was super cool and told us a lot about the beer since it was our first time there, and would definitely recommend going back.

Had a blast coming for the first time today! Didn’t catch the name of the girl who worked here but she was super sweet and made the experience even better! The muchacho was delicious, will definitely be back!

I’ve been twice now and both times were ‘meh’. Sure they have the big space and can hold large parties, but the Mexican food on site is WAY overpriced and the environment doesn’t compare to what other breweries are doing.
