I order hot pastrami all the veggies with cheese and asked for it toasted. I didn't receive it that way. I was to far away to come back. It was still yummy but not what I ordered.

Had a friend visit from out of town who makes sure to order a #9 everytime she visits Cali and I'm so disappointed. The meat portion was ridiculously small, it didn't even reach the sides of my sandwich, only the middle. Most locations weight their pastrami and even still, there is a huge heap of meat so there is meat in every bite. Not today.
There was also a man who was watching the ladies make the sandwiches, probably to make sure they didn't add too much meat. Anyways, $19 for a bread sandwich is just a bit excessive. I won't be back and the corporate office should know about this location's unethical practices to save money.

Togos has lost a step. Disappointed. $20+ for a sandwich, chips, and drink. Dayum! If I am going to spend that much, I will go buy a burger. AND to top it all off, the sandwich was bland, bread was bland...Togos used to do something to make their sandwiches like crack. Whatever it was, it is gone now. Subway copy cat, bland food. Also, the service was a little slow...not partially busy, so I don't know why? Focusing on online orders first, maybe???

Ordered a simple Pastrami sandwich and they forgot the produce I ordered as well as the peppers that come with it. I called and asked to see what they can do since Iām not able to return and instead of accepting responsibility and moving on, the manager insisted that she couldnāt recall what I ordered just minutes before, adding that none of that comes on it. I said I understood and that even the peppers that should come with it were missing. She just kept repeating my that what I ordered doesnāt come on it. Duh! Thatās why I added it. Literally just lettuce, tomato, and onion. Nothing complicated. First and last time Iāll go to this location. Even Wendyās knows how to listen to people. I respect food workers as Iāve done my time, but this manager has a poor attitude and even worse ability to listen to simple modifications on a $20 meal.

Wife had the bacon ranch chicken. She liked it. I got a #8. It was average. Good service from the staff. Clean store.
Parking: There is parking. You can park. I parked. There were other people parked.
It appeared the owner was training the person who would wait on us. They continued their conversation for about 4-5 mins while we waited. The$16.50 large sand had 3 thin slices of turkey and 2 cut in half slices of ham, which makes the bread enough for 2 sandwiches. When I go to my neighborhood togos I get a healthy amount of meat on my sandwich cause I don't get Tom and letting. I just felt like this was not enough meat for the cost! $16.50!! Won't go back.

My husband and I stopped at Togos on Laguna and received the worst service ever! The lady taking our order got the order wrong when we got home two hours later to eat our lunch our order was wrong and I called back and she said she couldnāt do anything about it and would have a Manager called back. The manager never called back. We will not go back to this particular Togos again.

Used the kiosk to order 5 sandwiches waited 30 minutes before I inquired about my order when I finally got the attention of one the workers she informed me that my orderwas picked up already.... Still waiting almost an hour later They never called my name very disappointed and dissatisfied with the service I received

Best Asian chicken salad and wrap I've ever had. The Asian dressing is a little spicy but has had me coming back for more than 30 years. I go out of my way to get this once a month.
