This is the nicest Tops I've ever been to. The lady working there was super nice. The place was clean and nicely decorated. The froyo was delicious. And, wow, so many toppings! Next to some of my favorite restaurants and stays open later than other froyo stores. Has a large variety of toppings, sauces, and fruit. Froyo itself is good too. I come back here pretty often and it's always busy/popular. Staff are friendly and constantly cleaning up people's spills haha.

There was a man today(a worker) who racially profiled me and got all in my face asking me a bunch of questions when i literally tasted two different yogurt flavors thinking i wasn’t going to pay or something. He was VERY rude for NO reason and I will not be going while he still works there. I have never seen him before but will not be going back knowing his still works there. He made me extremely uncomfortable. The yogurt was good though no shade to the owners.

We only ever come here for Gunther's 50/50, which is a perfect pit stop treat on our way to Lake Tahoe/Reno visiting my parents and also visiting my BFF in Elk Grove. We love the vanilla ice cream with strawberry freeze. I've tried other flavors like coconut ice cream, guava freeze, orange, mango, and pineapple freezes. Vanilla w/strawberry is the best! Their vanilla ice cream is so yummy and creamy and very good quality! The freeze has real strawberry bits in it. The only thing is they never ever answer their phones! All I wanted to know was what time they closed today for 4th of July. I called last night and it kept ringing. Same thing this morning, called as soon as they opened and I let it ring and ring and it eventually hung up. No voicemail. I called about 8 or 9 times. At least get an answering machine with your store hours or holiday hours! It would be helpful, so we don't bother the employees since they're too busy to answer their phones!

Very good customer service and pretty good selection of flavors and toppings when we stopped in. Very clean and nice AC too. This time of year they’ll be getting pretty crowded. Worth the wait though.

Absolutely love this place. Highly recommend. I love a place where you can serve yourself and make it exactly how you want it. There is so many different toppings to pick from including fruit, boba, lots of different syrups, including nonfat, chocolate syrup. The place is very clean and kept up. The staff is quiet, but they are if you need them, and the checkout is always very quick.
They have really good options for froyo honestly. But their hours are wrong on the site. They close at 11pm not 12am. I live an hour away and come here so it's kind of disappointing when I arrive they are closed. But their toppings selection is amazing! Sometimes they never answer the phone so I can't tell if they are open or not so it's not really worth the drive if they closed early and I'm not aware.

It’s a self serve frozen yogurt place, my son got the Dutch Chocolate. It was very rich. The lady gave me a $1 discount out of the kindness of her heart.

The yogurt is good, but the smell of chemical cleaning supplies tend to linger. You do not need Industrial Cleaning Supplies to sanitize the place. It always smells like a gas station bathroom. Otherwise. The service is great and the frozen yogurt is great.

I haven't had Tops since high school and last night my husband was craving frozen yogurt. They have a huge variety of flavors - from sweet to target to decadent. The topping options were also unlimited. Lots of chocolates, candies, fruits, cookies, etc. I had their pineapple and pomegranate yogurts and they were both tart with a hint of sweetness. They were perfect for an after dinner treat. The cashier was really friendly and quickly checked us out. I will say, for our two cup creations we paid $15 which felt a bit pricey.
