Ooooh this coffee shop in Elk Grove is a must try! I was staying in the area for a week and went here 4x 😆. Phin 88, Phin rich milk, Strawberry Cloud, and Hanoi egg coffee. I especially like the option to choose the amount of sweetness. I personally don’t enjoy a lot of sugar so this is a plus! Staff is quite friendly too.

I hate to say it, but the coffee was not very good here. I love the aesthetic, the vibe, the people. The salted Ca Phe Sua Da has two issues. 1 it was insanely sweet. Could barely taste coffee. Too. The cup was half full and the rest was salted foam. Feels like I took three decent sips and I was out of coffee just a cup of foam and ice. The croissant was just okay.

The drinks are a hit or miss. Too much ice

Vinhouse is not only really nice inside, but they also serve really good drinks! It's a cozy spot with smaller tables - good to chat or do work. They have free wifi. Another huge plus is the service. They were so nice and friendly! Actually the second time I was here, their credit card machine wasn't working, so I Venmo'd someone.

I loved their egg coffee (C.12 Hanoi egg coffee $7.70). The C6 Phin 88 is also really good. The C1. Phin Black is something you get when you don't need sleep.

They do have drinks that don't have caffeine, like the smoothies. I didn't try the Strawberry Cloud, but it looked so pretty!

Parking is easy to find in the big parking lot. They are next to a pharmacy.

I had a very bad experience with them yesterday. They served my order with 3/4 of the cup full of ice. I literally took few sips and my beverage (that is very pricy by the way) was over. They were very rude when i came back to them telling them about this incidence. One of the team told me in a very rude way, Do you need some coffee ? . Be careful folks because that can be a way to make more money out of their already pricy beverages.

I'm giving 4 stars because the coffee is damn good. It's a nice balance between strong and creamy without being too sweet, and reasonable prices for the quality. The service needs training (they could really use more greeting and communicate with customers to create a more welcoming environment). The atmosphere also needs work, it's really dirty in there (the corners, bathroom and floors), plus the tiny tables and chairs makes it uncomfortable to stay and enjoy the place. If you look closely, the cheap wall papers are peeling off, little decors are dusty and light bulbs are out and etc. If the owners were to give it some love and bring quality to the interior design and atmosphere , it has a lot of potential to be a great spot. Right now, it's a place to take your coffee to go. But again, the coffee is delicious and really strong, so I highly recommend it. I hope they will stay in business.
