You can tell they finally made a management change here. Employees attitudes are better, they are faster. Today, fries cold and soggy, kinda not hot and crispy,. Not cool, but, overall they are getting much better.

23 $ for 2 hamburgers? They were decent...the new mushroom burger, but I waited 5 minutes to get my food.

I will Not go back to this Wendy’s again. First time gave me wrong food.
Second time I ordered through mobile app, waited behind a car that was at the pick up window for 15 mins, they should have told the car to park Instead of holding up the long line. When it was my turn they told me I had to Park!! Plain discrimination.
I called Wendy’s customer service, Filed a complaint, No one would get back to me.
Wendy’s do NOT care about Customers.

I was craving fries a couple weeks ago in Ely, Nevada and I’ve sworn off Mickey’s so I tried the local Wendy’s - hadn’t been to one in years - and they were fabulous! Hot and tasty and crunchy and just amazing! Was just passing through so after I got home I wanted another taste and went to this one in Elk Grove. The fries again were hot and crunchy and delicious but just a tad oversalted. Still take them over In and Out (awful fries, great burgers) McD’s (stupid expensive) and the rest of the Fast Fries Universe..

Sometimes the service is a bit slow even when there's nobody in the building. I do like it because it's quiet and I can eat my lunch fast. they just seem to fail sometimes specifically when they have three or four people in line which is rare. The food is always decent.

The second time I go for food and the second time they forget the fries. I tried to call but no answer. I don’t understand how you increase their wages and the service goes down hill. I’m tired of trying to drive back to pick up food I already paid for. Train your employees please. I would not recommend trying to buy fries, you never get them. Mary Bettencourt
