You can tell they finally made a management change here. Employees attitudes are better, they are faster. Today, fries cold and soggy, kinda not hot and crispy,. Not cool, but, overall they are getting much better.

I wish Corporate will read all these negative reviews.

I will Not go back to this Wendy’s again. First time gave me wrong food.

Second time I ordered through mobile app, waited behind a car that was at the pick up window for 15 mins, they should have told the car to park Instead of holding up the long line. When it was my turn they told me I had to Park!! Plain discrimination.

I called Wendy’s customer service, Filed a complaint, No one would get back to me.

Wendy’s do NOT care about Customers.
