Had to pick up a delivery order at this location. One staff member with long hair was standing on the side of the counter and just organizing the items kept outside the kitchen counter or just looking at the order screen without actually helping. The cashier at the counter when I asked that any idea how long the order is going to take as I have 2 other orders waiting to be delivered, he replied I don’t know maybe 5-10 minutes. There was only 1 person in the kitchen doing all the cooking for regular orders and drive thru orders as well. Extremely understaffed specifically inside the kitchen. And the staff on the counter extremely incompetent and lazy.

The reason why a low score is because I asked a question three time to make sure the clerk understood my question about the rides and she didn’t which I was given wrong information, but everything went well still. Please ask question and make sure they understand

A great change, nice and clean. With the other people who worked there,to many homeless people in the place, I wouldn't even go in the place. With the change of ownership, I will go done. No longer going to the one in Elk Grove, or the one on Broadway.
Parking: It's in a stripp mall, plenty of parking.
