i have never given a 1 star review before - and to be honest, it should be zero. i ordered wing boss through doordash, and let me break down my meal for you. i ordered a 10 piece combo with cajun spice rub, mango habanero, and veggie sticks. i also ordered fries.the wings were TINY, OVERCOOKED, and a few of the wings were somehow BURNT? the sauce and seasoning were subpar, and the fact i spent over $20 for miniature, jerky like wings made me speechless.the ranch i had was SOUR. like actually sour. it tasted spoiled and i thought the meal could not have gotten any worse.oh but it got worse.my carrots were spoiled, with a couple of the carrots having a softer texture, almost slimy. the celery had brown yellow ends, and one of the celery sticks was mangled and broken in half.the only thing that was edible about this were the fries. they said the fries were "hand cut". this gives you the impression that they are fresh fries. but no, they tasted like they were perhaps hand cut and then frozen, and then thawed and fried. not very fresh tasting.i tried to make the photo i took as appealing as possible, but just looking at the photo makes me disgusted by the spoiled food and tiny, dry wings.keep in mind this place charges the same prices as those other wing places in the area, even a bit more.my recommendation is to NOT come here and instead go to other wing spots or support local elk grove restaurants that have delicious wings!

Wish I would have came here for reviews before he. Glad I had a promo code. Lemon pepper where?! Absolutely no seasoning. Garlic Parmesan does have much flavor either. Bone in Buffalo were over cooked and dry. Tasted like old reheated wings.

We ordered the bone in wings and they were over cooked, super dry almost like beef jerky and tasted liked it was smoked not fried. Highly disappointing.

Really disappointed food is super salty. The wings and fries suck. Everything was cold except for the jalapeño cheese. If I could I wouldn’t even give this place a star. I’ll stick to Wingstop & Firewings. Waste of money don’t recommend to anyone.

The smallest wings I've ever had. They were over cooked and dry, which made them even smaller. Fries were soggy. Cheese for the fries is just canned nacho cheese, which I already have some in my pantry. $45 meal but actually worth $15 at the most. Only good thing is the ice that they use.

If I could give no stars I would. WingStop they are not. FireWings number 2. Wing Boss not at all. 10 piece half garlic parmesian wings other half Thia Sweet Chili and Macaroni & cheese. Inadequate Wing size and not a lot of meat on the wing or drumettes, dry, cooked to hard. Macaroni had an after taste like not real Macaroni more boxed. Soda was not Dr. Pepper, felt it was Dr. Real, Mr. Slice or Mr. Pib one of the alternatives.

Not a really good experience for the first time trying it out. Ordered online and followed the tracking system, which didn't do anything. Had a time that it was supposed to be ready but did not receive anything saying it was ready. I called a little after and they said the food has been sitting there ready, which there doors were closed already. I requested a refund, but they would not provide. So they remade the order. Flavors were decent but wings were so small, they barely had meat on them, fries were a little soggy. Overall, was not satisfied with Wing Boss or Dickeys.
Ordered take out and when I got home to check the wings the meat was super dry and some wings were burnt. Do not be fooled by the pictures. Highly recommended to not try.

Wanted wings for dinner so we decided to try out this place. The wings were like eating beef jerky! They were wayyyyy overcooked and to top it off they were the size of my 2 year olds pinky! Extremely disappointed. We ordered 4 flavors (lemon pepper, hot buffalo, mild buffalo, and mango habanero) - all bone in. I couldn't even taste the flavors because these wings are so darn dry.

I had it delivered thur Uber eats I'll never order again almost all the wings still have visible feathers on it my order was a big one so I had more favor of options to choose from and it all taste the same no flavor at all just plain and water down sauce on it and don't get me started on the fries never ever would I order from here again

Such a TOTAL disappointment, wasted $72! Told hubby I wanted chicken wings for dinner so he suggested Wing Boss, saying its good (Elk Grove Blvd location) so I said ok for him to get it. Big mistake, should've went to my usual place....WING STOP which is so much better and way much more worth it too! Ordered the 40 piece meal so we got parmesan garlic, sweet thai chili, spicy korean and mango habanero bone in chicken wings. Parmesan garlic look like melted cheese on it and it had an overdue sour taste. Thai chili, spicy korean and mango habanero all had the same flavor which is that sweet taste only. The wings were OVERCOOKED and SUPER DRY. Also the wings were all stuck together because part of the wings didn't even have any seasoning on it. Oh yes and the fries, DARK BLACK FRIES! It looked like it was fried in very old oil until it was burnt. For sure I will not ever go back to this location or any other Wing Boss ever again. Wish I can give ZERO star!!!
