Best chicken sandwhich, id ever had, I told the workers to put more seasoming on my fries, and thry gave me whole new batch, the Hawaiian chicken sandwich was very saucy and tender just perfect, will eat here again, great Job wingstop
Showed up on time for my online order. Staff member Khereen greeted me and stated my order is not yet ready. Please be advised that, the staff member did not bother to communicate with her fellow staff on the food line and had only checked the "Ready Orders" only. I patiently waited approximately 35 minutes before approaching the staff again. Another staff helped me this time and had asked staff member Khereen if she helped me previously. She stated I dont remember. Other staff member mentioned that they can complete my order in 5 minutes. I declined stating i will not wait any longer. I would not want my food rushed to be made and have a chance to be disappointed again. I have had issues like this with this store in the past but have given this them chances. After tonight's experience, I don't think they deserve any more chances.

Ordered over $40 worth of food. they shorted me one side (celery). The manager/owner called me a lair and refused to give me my side that wasn't there. $2 dollars' worth of food. Extremely rude and no customer services. Don't spend or waste your money here. Other stores around that cook better wings and don't yell at paying custo

All the tables were dirty. We sat at a dirty table by the window where you can see your food being prepared. Food was slow but that's expected. As we sat waiting for our food you can see all the food sitting in the fryer baskets for long periods of time. When I got my fries they were cold to the touch. I sent them back and asked for fresh fries. While sitting at the window seat I see the lady in the back redunk the old cold fries sitting In the basket to rewarm them and send them out to my tableI told them I saw what they did but insisted they were fresh. Which I know they were not. There was also a ton of chicken just sitting in the baskets which explains why my chicken was not hot and fresh as well. Do better wing stop your food is expensive and not quality and not up to par at all.

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered to go paid cash watched several people come in and order and leave right away. One coworker asked the other about my order with no response. After 25 mins I asked where my order was... Well they couldn't find the ticket so once I asked about my order it was finally made. I should have just asked for a refund. They also didn't let people know the soda machine was down I had to tell the customers that. I will never get food there ever

Horrible service I show up and no one is there to greet then when someone comes out there to greet they help everyone else first even though the lady saw that I was there first. Secondly they gave us a time of 20min for our order to be done i ended up waiting an extra 30 min. I would not be going back to this location. No one seems to care and Everyone seems to be busy in their own little world to care. Would not recommend coming here!

Came in when there was no wait or previous orders. Staff somehow “forgot” our order. Waiting for over 30+ minutes as 3 different walk in order that came after get made before mine
If I could give this place a zero I could. Do not order from this place!!!!!! I got sick the day after eating from there. I think I have COVID but I know for sure that I have a cold and the flu. The service took way too long to find my onlin order as well. Will never ever go to another WingStop again!!!

I placed my order online for pickup. When I got there the food was not ready and the cashier told me they were working on my order. Waited another 20 minutes and still food was not ready and the cashier said the same thing thta they were working on my order.I got my food at 6:10pm and when asked why it took so long, the cashier answered very rude that they were busy it was a long wait. I do not recommend this place.
