Went here for lunch and got a 3 piece tender combo for sit in. I ordered it with fries as my side with no seasoning. When I got it chicken was luke warm and the fries had a lot of seasoning. I did go to the front and tell them to which they did remake it. Overall give them 3 stars

This location is horrible. They demand you show them the card you used in order to pickup an order. I didn't have the card I used on me, so I showed them the email confirmation, the order number, and the website confirmation but still had to scour my phone for the card information in order to do a simple pickup. Nobody else who was picking up an order in front of me was required to do this and I've never had to do this before but apparently it's "company policy since 2020". Service is rude, the owner stood there and looked oblivious while his staff did all the work, and I've recieved raw chicken + incorrect orders before. Avoid this location!
I cannot believe the raw, undercooked chicken my kid was served! The manager didn't even bother to apologize & was incredibly rude tonight. Despite being a regular customer EVERY night, they lost a valuable client! Save ur money don’t eat n this spot.
