This location is horrible. They demand you show them the card you used in order to pickup an order. I didn't have the card I used on me, so I showed them the email confirmation, the order number, and the website confirmation but still had to scour my phone for the card information in order to do a simple pickup. Nobody else who was picking up an order in front of me was required to do this and I've never had to do this before but apparently it's "company policy since 2020". Service is rude, the owner stood there and looked oblivious while his staff did all the work, and I've recieved raw chicken + incorrect orders before. Avoid this location!

I cannot believe the raw, undercooked chicken my kid was served! The manager didn't even bother to apologize & was incredibly rude tonight. Despite being a regular customer EVERY night, they lost a valuable client! Save ur money don’t eat n this spot.

The worse wing stop 🛑 it took me one hour on the call 📞 they didn’t ask for my order, the other day I ordered boneless wings they provided me bone in wings they care less and wreck less I think WinStop needs to bring new staff to do the job properly

I haven't been to Wingstop in a while and went by for dinner today. I had kind of expected the prices to go up, but $18.20 for an eight piece boneless wings and fries was a little more than I expected.
That probably wouldn't have bothered me too much, until I opened the carton. Then I was shocked at how small the "wings" are now.
They used to be pretty Hardy in size now they are smaller than a McDonald's chicken nugget. Very shocking and I definitely won't be going back ever again.
Picture included on my post has a quarter for size reference sitting next to the largest "wing" which was more like a popcorn chicken nugget.
Very disappointing I definitely wouldn't recommend going there anymore

I am a paying customer and they refused to give us water cups. They are out of water cups and wouldn't give us a cup for water, despite eating spicy wings.

We just spent 90 plus dollars for wings and fries and everything was horrible. The wings were squishy and the fries were as well. We are having to put them in the air fryer to make them crispy and taste good. We called and they said if they sit for too long that's what happens but there fresh though. Wth, they said 30 minutes and we got there right on time. This is awful and the customer service sucks. We used to love Wingstop but now I never want to go again.
