Terrible customer service. Tables are always filthy. Staff forgot the chicken strips I ordered. I found out when I got home and called the store. They said I could come all the way back to get them,but I didn't want the rest of my food to get cold. They said they could only give me a refund if I bring ALL the food back to the store. Wow! So they can just throw it away I assume? Unbelievable!I agreed to a partial refund but the manager (Efraim) hung up on me mid-sentence and didn't confirm if he had processed it. When I called back he sarcastically said he didn't know I wasn't finished even though I was literally in the middle of a sentence. I had to ask if the refund is being processed and he said I would get an email. It has been a day later and no refund! What a waste of time and money! I had to make dinner for my kids at home anyway since the store forgot my children's food. The prices here are way too high to not even be served your food and need to make dinner at home anyway.

Terrible customer service but it was also Super Bowl Sunday so the staff just arent friendly. Food was just so so and not ready at the time requested even though we pre ordered.

What can I say wingstop is very delicious especially that RANCHHHWings , fries , and ranch 10/10 I've tried all of the flavors & the new maple sriracha wings are actually good even though the name sounds weird . The service is great very fast workers , I never have a problem at this location :)))

Food is always consistent! And customer service is always good at this location. It's really the only wingstop we get from. The chicken wings are always big and fries are always well seasoned. Inside and outside of establishment are always well taken care of!

Always have to wait even if you preorder from the app. Inside is a disgusting table that is always sticky and dirty. The restaurant is always smokey please get some good ventilation.

False advertisement. I picked up my food today and received an email saying "We strive for 5-star service and would love to hear your feedback. Once you share the feedback, your next order of fries is on us!*. Once I completed the survey, I was suppose to receive a coupon for a free fry but I never received that email. I am thinking this is a scam as I heard multiple people say it is. Where is my coupon wingstop?????????!!!!!

My husband went in tonight after a long days travel to get us some dinner. Ordered a 15 piece and only gave us 10. He was already back at the place we’re staying at and after a long day, driving back is the last thing we wanted to do. He asked what’s the flavor of this specific wing like? And they replied “i don’t know. Never had it”. Disappointing service and won’t be back.

food is good but these mfs charge 1.60 for a ranch thats very small. The ranch used to come biggerI dont get why yall make it so hard for someone to pick up your order. Who else with my name is gonna walk in and ask for food. Figure out a better way to communicate. Ask what I ordered instead of making me pull out my card and show you like it aint my damn food. The staff and managers at this place discriminates against the disabled and young.I am hurt, but happy I had this experience so that I can stop giving my money to them. They've really lost a regular customer. Photo to show I literally place online orders weekly using the same card that belongs to me!!I'm disabled and have mobility challenges. The restaurant doesn't offer curbside so I placed my order online which I always do and listed 11 yo son as the person picking up. He went in, gave him name, and showed his school ID. The staff member and manager proceeded to request he provide further information and show my debit card. This took an additional 20 minutes and 4 trips back and forth from the car to the restaurant I had to call the location to speak with a manager in order for them to finally give him the food. They lied and said it was some new policy to request all this additional information. I'm saddened because we dine here weekly following the same procedure except my husband picks up the food. They however decided to discriminate against my child because he is young. I can not believe my child was treated this way. Our food was cold when we got it home because of the staff and managers behavior. I just feel very insulted and discriminated against because I would have gotten my own food if I was physically able.

We got the special combo that comes with 10 boneless, 1 fries, and 2 chicken strips. We got the online special, so there is a free cheesy fries. Don't know about the service and ambiance since we got the delivery. Flavors: atomic boneless (4/5)-it's not as spicy as it used to be, but your stomach will feel the burn. My husband was sweating after eating 10 piecesCajun chicken strips (4/5)Surprising it's not a dry seasoning like all the other stores, but overall it's goodCajun fries (5/5)Nice and hot and the seasoning is greatCajun cheese fries (3/5)Got a little too soggy and there is not enough Cajun seasoning under it.

Food here is usually good but when I tried to order the cashier told me it's going to take 1 hour to make just two small batches of wings with some fries. There were about 4 people working there and they were just honestly talking and goofing around. Management needs to get on the workers they're very lazy and don't do

WHAT THE HELL?? My nephew came to this wingstop and ordered 10 wings to find them the size of something you order off a kids menu , it is literally 5 times smaller than the hand ! They also told him it's a 18 minute wait but waited 30 instead ! Do not come to this one , go support another business . The only good thing about it was my nephew having a laugh about it. Even then I would be furious !
