La Chalupa Tradicional Mexican Food is a hidden gem with great food and warm, friendly faces. It feels like having a good plate at a friends house. The place is outdoor only, under the shade of a tree. It is the place for authentic Hispanic food. The customer service is exceptional, doing their best to make you feel at home. The food is 100% traditional and great. It is a pop up only open on Sat & Sun. The burrito is beyond words and the flan was to die for. The birria tacos and watermelon water are highly recommended. The homemade tortillas are freshly made and served warm. The staff are super welcoming and friendly and the outdoor seating is so relaxing. They also have goats. Please note they are no longer in West Roseville, do not come to the Riego Rd location.
