Best Burger King ever! Or at least in the Easy Bay. Food is so much better here than other BK idk how they do it. Even the next day. Normally I am grossed out by day old fast food hamburgers but not from here. They still taste better hot but they must use super fresh ingredients or maybe make the food fresh more often than other locations? I don't know, but day old food from this location tastes better than fresh food from other BK locations. I always use coupons when I go to burger king and this location always gives me a new sheet of coupons with my order so I never run out. Also this one is now open 24 hours!!!! Love it. In addition they are always super friendly and don't mind accommodating special requests. I don't know why the location doesn't get more stars, people should think compared to other locations when reviewing chains not compared to excellent restaurants. I mean yeah Burger King deserves no more than 3 stars compared to all restaurants but this BK deserves 5 stars compared to other BKs!

Giving a full 5-star rating specifically for the custom hamburger that they ALWAYS get right at this location. It's really not that complex--extra pickles, mustard, ketchup. But they come through EVERY TIME and are especially generous with pickles. It's amazing and I appreciate the staff for it, only because in comparison, the staff at McDonalds by Serramonte Mall in Daly City always gets this same order SO WRONG EVERY TIME, it's mind boggling. Emeryville staff, keep up the great work! I love how you make my burger here. It's these simple things that make life a joy.

The attendant behind the counter was using his bare hands to handle the french fries. I asked him why he wouldn't use gloves, he said because it didn't make sense to put on gloves to handle food, only to take them off again to handle the cash register. I was shocked to hear this, and asked him to put on gloves but he refused. So I didn't get any food because of this gross setting. My advice to a hungry customer is, go to a restaurant where they take pride in their food, like across the street at Super Duper burger. If you eat at this Burger King you may get sick, and don't understand why.
