Came here looking a new burger place since the owner of In N Out decided to talk trash about California. The staff is very friendly and when I told them it was my first time there, they took the time to explain how the menu works. Ordered a cheeseburger and fries. I was glad to see that a regular is a massive amount of fries and a regular burger is a double patty. Unfortunately the burger just wasn't that great. The patty wasn't particularly tasty, but the worst part was the bun. It was doughy and soggy and just disappointing. I don't mind spending 20 bucks on a burger and fries, but as far as Five Guys is concerned, I won't be going back.

Looks like itās the best Five Guys Iāve been to in the US: guy who cleans really makes his best to keep the place clean (itās so hard when people are messy with peanuts), small place and feels safe, welcoming stuff, wheelchair accessible . Gave me a feel like Iām in Five Guys in Europe, not in the US.

I had such a great experience at Five Guys today! I had no idea they had even opened in my town, and when I mentioned it to the ladies working, they laughed and told me itās been open for a whole year! š OMG, I couldnāt believe it!
I ordered the patty melt, and it was absolutely delicious! perfectly cooked and so flavorful! I also got the Cajun fries, but unfortunately, they werenāt my thing. I felt so bad about it, but the ladies were so kind and immediately offered to make me a fresh batch of plain fries instead. Their kindness and amazing service made my day!

My friend had accompanied me on an errand run. We decided to stop in for lunch. I took the time to order online so it would be ready when we arrived. I ordered a big cheeseburger, little burger & a large fries. The food came hot and fresh. The fries were wonderful and crisp. We even had leftovers to take home.

Itās fine but for $20 for a small burger, small fry and small soda itās not really worth it. Iād rather go to a regular sit-down restaurant for that. BTW the āsmall fryā filled my entire bag so donāt waste your money on a larger size order. Also, why am I getting a bag for a dine-in order? There was a bit of a language barrier when ordering. Not too impressed overall but the food was good.
