Hello good! It is the first time that I go to this restaurant since I have seen it for a long time. The atmosphere is very elegant. The service of the workers was very friendly. The only thing I would say that I would recommend is that they work a little on adding more seasoning to the food. I felt, for example, the rice did not have salt and the corn tortillas did not have much flavor. Then getting better at adding more seasoning to the food would help them a little more. Thank you!

Love the happy hour here, we come for the mushroom tacos specifically. The server is really kind and allergen conscious, gave us churros and removed dairy sides. Thanks for making my birthday special.

My bestie and I ended up with food poisoning. We had happy hour and the food was okay. Once we left, that's when everything hit the fan. I apologize for the graphics ? but since leaving the restaurant. The bathroom has been my best friend ever since. We had tacos and a few other things.
The service was a little crazy. They did act like they didn't want to service us ? but you didn't have to mess with the food if that was the case.

This falls into a category I often experience where the food is just stellar but the pricing and service don't match up to it. I'm guessing in this specific case it's a matter of "captive audience" where people go to the "mall" and then choose to pay extra not to have to drive elsewhere just for something to eat
Anyway, it's delicious, just brace yourself for the bill and don't be in a hurry

The service was great, they were very quick at delivering our food unlike normal nice restaurants that can take 20-30 minutes, the food was great, it has cool interior design and architecture, the view of the town from the windows is pretty good, it was an excellent Mexican restaurant in general, 5 star service, 5 star food, 5 star atmosphere, 6 stars in general.
Also the employees were nice.
It also had outdoor dining.
It also is kids friendly if you were wondering.

Authentic tasting Mexican restaurant in Emeryville serving some great happy hour options with drinks at $8 and tacos at $4.
They provide some complimentary crispy rinds and for $3 a great trio of salsa that are pretty spicy with chips.
Staff are kind and prices are reasonable with good outdoor seating.

Food was fine but overpriced.
Service was bad - bartender definitely stand offish.
My salad was supposed to come with avocado, there were literally 3 small pieces, when I brought this to the attention of the bartender (who was our server) he said he checked with the kitchen and they had put avocado on it and basically just shrugged at me.

This was a decent restaurant. The margaritas were good, the tacos were good, nothing was fantastic that I’d be saying I must come back here. One time and I’ve experienced it. It was quite pricey for what we got.

For starters I work in the mall, I’ve tried majority of everything her food wise and today I chose Flores for a quick bite. Upon walking in there’s a “self-service” check out station readily available. I asked a gentleman that just so happened to walk out of the mall discount for employees could be input on the self serve station and he said no so of course I ordered through him.
Very stand-offish customer service and it seemed like neither one of the individuals that were there today wanted to work. Either way I ordered a “Carnita’s Bowl” I paid extra for sour cream and cheese but let me show you what I got instead.
Attached below is a picture of the meal I received. A large block like shape of mean and barely any of the toppings I paid EXTRA for. The way I see it is simple, $21 for a bowl should come with all the extras you paid for ontop of great customer service and no shortage on the portions provided. For Christ’s sake this is not Chipotle and I was better of going there instead.
Very unappealing to the eye and I’m sure I won’t be returning. If you happen to come to Bay Street please explore the other food options before choosing Flores. (No shade intended)

This place is horrible. We were charged for stuff we didn't order and some we did order, we didn't get. Their soda was out of syrup and all our drinks were just club sodas and they refused to remove them from our bill. Food was bland and lacking flavor. Highly do NOT reccomend them.

They charge you extra fee without letting you know.
It's not about the money, but the feeling.

Very good food as well as the cocktails. The place is nice and takes place outside. Recommended.
