If I can give this restaurant a negative -5 stars I would food was cold and general manager JOSE was such a disrespectful person he told me he owned the store and would never serve me food again refused to give me my money even tho I was missing 3 items out of my bag and he’s employees from the kitchen called me very disrespectful and derogatory slurs and it’s crazy because as a Hispanic women I would think that because the manager is also Hispanic he would understand where they messed up and told me to shut up and call corporate because he didn’t care about who I had to cal hopefully they shut this place down or find better professional staff

The staff has patience for some of the shananigans that occurred. Now the cleanliness needs help, the tables and seats are sticky and the entire time there I did not see anyone clean the lobby tables. The food is on point and cooked well.

There is a manager in the store his name SIMON, he is a excellent manager, I always know that he is on duty , you can smell the chicken from Emeryville High School past KFC on over to Oaks Card Room, The aroma makes me think of changing my family menu KFC , most of the time I back track and get me the chicken special. No only that SIMON AND HIS CREW LOVES TO PROVIDE Excellent Food Service.so if you smell chicken in the air , Simon is there making sure it tastes good and delicious as it smells. Yummy ! Yummy! chicken. And the sides. are back to normal again. Especially the Coleslaw and Macaroni and cheese. Stop by you will not be disappointed. 😉

Horrible customer service. Both guys behind the counter have a nasty attitude. The music blasting from the kitchen also made it a horrible atmosphere drowning out the nice music that was playing through the speakers. They should lower the music they have playing in the kitchen and think about the customers

I had an awful experience. The service was completely unprofessional, and the staff acted like they couldn’t care less. I waited forever, and when I finally got my order, it was wrong and cold. No apology, no solution—just attitude. This place clearly doesn’t care about customers. I will never be coming back, and I don’t recommend it to anyone.
