I tried to place a order in person because of my injury but employee stated the only way to order was with their computer. I asked is he could just take my order and he said no. The only way to order is on computer. Poor customer service and I couldn't even order my food.

It's so sad they don't serve food like their original food truck. Ordered their famous kamikaze fries and it was half the portion it used to be.. and the patty pieces were cold. Like they had been defrosted or microwaved.

This place is consistently amazing. The manager is so sweet and very accommodating of my young kids. The workers take care of us like family. Food is delicious and you can tell that they try their best instead of sloppily throwing together something. Everything we ordered was very flavorful. If you're in the area and craving both Korean and Japanese, this is your joint...crunchy onigiri goodness stuffed with juicy Korean bbq meat. Yum!

Came in for lunch I already pre ordered my meal. I get to the pick up area and the lady looks at me and very rudely tells me I'll get a text when my order is ready. I say that's fine and proceed to wait , as I wait I see that lady (Maria) making food and I begin to lose my appetite when I see her grabbing the salads with her bare hands and placing it on peoples meals. I finally see another worker place 2 containers for pick up but I check my phone and see I did not get a text or nothing but luckily I went to check if it's mine and it was. I ask for a side of red sauce that they never charged me before but today she wants to charge me. All I have is cash on me and she doesn't want to take my cash and says she doesn't have change. So now she is not taking my money and won't even just give me the 0.30 sauce. I asked what's her name and she ignores me I had to ask the gentleman that just clocked in what her name was. She is very un professional and rude and grabbing peoples salad no gloves is beyond me. I will NEVER return to this establishment thanks to Maria. I will also do my best in passing it on to my friends and family. Stay away

The only reason I am giving this place a 2 star is because the food is excellent but unfortunately they’ve lost a loyal customer due to their disrespectful, rude and arrogant manager by the name of Maria. I believe she may have lied about her name as she refused to provide the info to me today. I have escalated her blatant disrespect to the corporate office. Everyone else is pretty nice but ironically as a manager her attitude and disrespect is mind goggling. I truly hope she undergoes management classes and how to speak to people. This is her 3rd time attempting to bully and harass me to a point where she refused to provide a refund after I placed my order the way she advised me to do so then she attempted to recharge me. I’m shedding light on the harassment and discrimination by the manager at Public Market location.

I ate the soy garlic wings-yummy. Kamikaze fries-oh yeh and the beef tacos-simply ummm! My friend shared the buffalo wings with me and plantain- the best. And I mean it. I’ve eat here every time I visit OAK.
