This place has really gone downhill. I assume it was sold since I was here last. There is zero vibe and even though I ordered a salad and pizza to dine in, my salad came in a to go box with a plastic fork and pre packaged dressing! Their home made dressing was always a favorite but this packed stuff just doesn’t compare. Sunday afternoon and there are only 2 other people here. It used to be full of energy and good music. All I can hear is the commercials on the tv.

So I go in and order a slice of pepperoni which I don’t see anywhere . I assumed they had a pizza cooking which is perfect. But too perfect for this establishment . After ordering my pizza, this homeless guy comes in and ask for me to buy his. After politely declining and I wait for my order . Someone else comes in and decides to buy the guy a slice. At this point they want him out the establishment so they then serve him what looks like a pepperoni pizza that was supposed to be mines . So now I’m waiting longer and they have to create me a new slice which they no longer have pepperoni ready so they re warm up a cheese slice with pepperoni on top and a dash of mozzarella cheese. Which they then drop getting it out the oven. So then she decided to warm up another cheese slice with pep on top. I get home to undercooked pepperoni on an old cheese slice. They do this often but this is one thing I don’t get . To me now the pizza is altered. Too much cheese or a crazy amount of undercooked pepperoni that falls off as soon as you lift the pizza. Great service ?

We were there so late, around 10:30pm. The pizza was so good. no other guests were there. There are still a lot of Uber and lyft drivers picking up food from there. But don't expect a fancy clean place.

I recently got a large pizza for delivery, and unfortunately I cannot recommend Lanesplitter's. The sicilian crust seemed exceptional on the exterior, but as I bit towards the center, the texture was wrong. I picked the cheese and toppings off, scraped off the tomato sauce, and there it was... raw pizza dough. This pizza was not fully cooked. Tracing back the timeline of placing my order to receiving it, the entire process from start to finish took only ~25 minutes. That includes 10 minutes of driving to my building! I'm no pizza expert, but 15 minutes to prepare, fully cook and get a pie with a thick crust to a driver is suspiciously fast to me. I'll have to pass on ordering from here again.

Empty and not the nicest restaurant environment, but the pizzas tasted okay. Prices are outrageous, so I don’t see myself coming here often, if at all. Got harassed by someone while inside, but based on how the employee responded it seems like a pretty common occurrence. It’s not a real Bay Area experience without overpriced food and a little bit of fear!

The online app allowed me to place and pay for the order, I get there in 4 minutes and they are CLOSED. According to my phone, they still have 13 minutes before closing. Needless to say I'm extremely upset. I doubt I'll| ever try them again. The WORSTS EXPERIENCE EVER!!

Last night my wife & I where looking for a new pizza place to order some food, so I placed our order and received a Time to come pick up the food (11:40;pm) No one was there
Local joint with great prices. You can tell the culture was very much alive pre-pandemic. Their cheese bread is among the best I’ve ever had.

I used to go to the Lanesplitter’s in Berkeley when they first opened. This location leaves a lot to be desired. Pizza is good but the place is dirty and the bathroom isn’t even a place you wanna smell for a second. Order delivery but don’t eat there.

I haven't had much pizza while in the Bay Area but this place absolutely rocks East Coast style pies. They had slices at 9:30 in the PM and tasted incredibly fresh. Decent beer selection and great atmosphere makes this a place that definitely warrants a return trip.
