Miyozen offers a welcoming atmosphere, complete with anime decorations and Studio Ghibli movies. The friendly staff provides quick service. The sushi is great, with filling rolls, and there are excellent vegan options available. The food is fresh, well-prepared, and a great value. The Nigiri Sushi Meal and Ikura Nigiri were amazing, with super fresh fish, beautifully made. The Nigiri Meal comes with miso soup and a side salad. Rolls were super fresh and beautifully put together, like the salmon avocado roll and the salmon cream cheese roll. The salmon was buttery and flavorful, the avocado was perfectly ripe, and the cream cheese added the best rich, creamy balance. Presentation was top tier. The portion size was generous. Pickled ginger was nice and crisp. They have a parking lot. The energy is amazing.
