Panda Express is the new Chipotle they measure how much food they put in your container. I was standing in line and I seen the customer ahead of me being served. Once I seen how selfish they were being with the rice I walked out of there. I think Panda Express in Hayward on A street is the only one that doesn't count how many pieces of rice they put in your container.

I'm a frequent customer. I go to this establishment at least 5 days a week. Recently I noticed a reoccurring unfamiliar face. A young Asian gentleman. I've seen him cooking and serving. When he's there the food lacks in flavor and sometimes us under cooked. I believe he's the owner or high ranking at this location. Word of advice to this young man. Please leave the cooking to the other chefs. Thank you a loyal customer.

I found a hair entangled in my orange chicken :((((( Didn’t realize until it was already in my mouth. i knew i should’ve saved my money and ate at home. i don’t want to go through this again.

Besnedy Morales is amazing! Every time we come in, she welcomes us with such a warm smile and makes us feel right at home. She is very hospitable, friendly, and always goes above and beyond to make sure our experience is great. Her positive attitude and kindness truly stand out, and she makes Panda Express feel like more than just a place to eat it feels welcoming because of her.
