Drab venue. Feels like walking Into a kitchen or empty bar. Staff experience was one of one-upmanship. Promise one thing but meant another and how I should have known. Thank God there was a witness. That's particular to the young female who worked there that early morning. The older male employee kept having to play clean up.

Your guys need to start securing the food for DoorDash deliveries etc. Don’t nobody want to receive any food from anywhere unsecured.

Ordered through GrubHub last night in the wee hours, at 1:37 AM, with ETA listed as 2:15-2:25 AM.I waited.... and waited... When the order still had not arrived after an hour and a half - AFTER the restaurant's closing time - I contacted GH customer service and they canceled it for a refund. Two minutes later, the order arrived, and I received an apology text from the delivery person saying they had been slammed. OK... but they they could have called or texted to let me know they were running late?? If they had done that, I would not have canceled it. I had assumed there had been some sort of glitch where they hadn't received my order. Also, when I Googled the restaurant's operating hours, it said open til 4:00 AM (!!) But they were listed in the GH app as "closed" when I contacted GH customer service at 3:10 AM.The pesto pasta I ordered was OK, but was missing the sun dried tomatoes listed on the menu, and the portion was pretty small. Disappointing. My husband's pizza arrived nearly cold because of the wait. I ordered garlic naan that was basically just bread. It had very little garlic flavor, which was also disappointing. I actually would have preferred just standard Italian-style garlic toast, but they don't offer it, which is really weird. Why does an Italian style restaurant offer Indian naan?We're moving to the North Bay shortly so we won't be ordering from here anymore anyway, but I would cross it off my list even if we were staying in the East Bay. Not a great experience.

In town at a hotel for a school reunion. After the after party we decided to order pizza and these guys popped up on DoorDash able to deliver at 130am, so we gave them a shot.It arrived on time, pizza was still hot. It was hit, everyone enjoyed it. Perfect amount of pepperoni & cheese. Not too greasy, crust was cooked perfectly, perfect to fold and enjoy. Next time I'm in Berkeley I will definitely order again.

Get you some of this pizza, pasta, or even things like naan bread! I craved their pizza while I was in Seattle for a few years. Got it last night and it did NOT disappoint! Covered in delicious toppings. Options for gluten free and cauliflower crusts. Staff are always busy yet super friendly. Parking near here can be hit and miss. Not a place to hang and eat as owner is a bit disorganized with paperwork everywhere. Get this to go or delivered and seriously ponder why you haven't ordered here before!

The food is solid (except for the pastas, just skip those) but I can't order delivery from here again until they fix their pricing issues. The price shown when adding to the cart and the price after adding to the cart is a $5 difference. Tried different toppings, etc. in case there was just a glitch with one option but it's the same across the board with every size of the cheese/make your own pizza option (and $1 difference more for the gourmet options.) Also, charging $3.99/topping for small and $1.99 for larger sizes makes no sense.
Great pizza friendly staff. I always order late nights and the staff is always happy to help, always great service from the drivers as well!

They tell you your food is gonna be to you in 15 to 20, ignore your calls for 20 minutes to answer and tell you they are late and wait more, then they tell me they missed my slip 30 after and tell me to wait even more. Then I tell them I no longer want the food since it's 2 hours late and tell me I have to go to them to get a refund.... worst business I've ever had to deal with and the last time I'm ordering from here sadly. Not the first time they have done this to me either
