This Starbucks is on the smaller side, with most of the tables accomodating 2 person seating. The bathroom is code access for customers only and i found it to be neglected & in need of routine cleaning. Disappointed to learn the company no longer carries toffee nut syrup?!

My daughter recently participated in an anti-cyberbullying presentation competition—and she won first place! As a reward, she received a Starbucks gift card. It was her very first time going into a Starbucks ordering by herself, and she decided to use it to treat both herself and her little brother.
The baristas there were incredibly kind and patient. They made sure it was okay to make a decaf Frappuccino for the kids, and my daughter thoughtfully ordered a large size so she could share. One of the baristas even asked if we’d like it split into two or three cups. they gave each of my kids their own cup instead of just one large one—such a sweet gesture!
The kids were so surprised and happy. We’re truly grateful. It was a wonderful first Starbucks experience for them.

The best Starbucks closes at the time it should close 10/10 the best
I’m a regular at this Starbucks—the manager even knows me by name and my usual order. During a recent visit, my young daughter urgently needed to use the restroom. When I asked for the code, Malik’s immediate response was to ask whether I had made a purchase.
When I addressed it to another store associate and asked for his name Malik budded in with more attitude stating there was a bathroom at five guys. This was AFTER my daughter used the bathroom and I made a purchase.
While I understand and respect store policies, it was his tone that really caught me off guard. It felt unnecessarily harsh, especially given the urgency of the situation.
I’ve worked for Starbucks before, and I would have never handled a frequent, paying customer this way. Moving forward, I’ll be visiting a different location. I do hope a manager addresses the way this interaction was handled, particularly Malik’s tone.

Weather for 20 minutes ending at 10:08 a.m. on December 8th 2024 with no service no one in sight and training manuals laid out across the counter.

Had high expectations regarding embracing all cultures and their music. The staff is very friendly which is why I was shocked to have encountered this experience. There was a Spanish music playing- I complemented the vibe.. to the team making the drinks. There look was like I had just insulted them and I went back later and it was a completely different kind of music. All I can say is- WOW. Not sure what happened however will not support this mentality. We are all here together, we should be accepting of all music.
