The most horrible Starbucks I've ever been to. They take forever, the drinks are overly sweetened. They ALLL need retraining. My drink were ready; but the Indian/Arab girl told me it wasn't ready yet. She is the worst and needs to be fired. I'm calling Starbucks corporate now.

My bar is quite low for a Starbucks. 1) I place the order and 2) I go and pick it up. I was able to do this quite easily and am satisfied.

I was robbed at gunpoint when walking from this place to my car parked out front. In broad daylight. I will be getting coffee somewhere else in future.

I asked for light ice, she told me we don’t do that anymore I was like okay whatever. Then can I use the restroom she said oh no it’s closed for the day. So not light ice anymore but also close the restrooms 2 hours before closing the actual store? It makes no sense.

They actually charged us money for what they served. Ten minutes to closing time so they made up the Americanos with leftover barely luke warm decaf.

Employees of this specific Starbucks seems like they are working there by force. Am not a coffee person but I often go there to work on my laptop since I live in the area and they close at 8pm. No outlets so you have to fully charge your laptop and stay for a couple of hours maybe. Music is so loud that it's very hard to concentrate. The store is clean so it's okay on that aspect but overall not a great experience.

Waited at the front for 3mins before greeted. Then waited another 4 to be told there out of what I liked. Hope they do better with their customer service in the future. No have a nice day or anything.

Good place to get a cup of "Joe" by the bay. Plus ?"Butter Cups"? is right across the street where you could get a great meal with your "Loveone" or MaybeNations American Style Old school burgers that fill you up tha is just up the street?or maybe after a good cup of coffee and a great meal you can catch a great movie at the Jack London Cinema that also offers parking in the garage at is valet parking.Then to make a great ending to a lovely day with your Beautiful Woman , lover & friend you two can take a stroll along the Beautiful water front with the most Beautiful Loving woman by your side and give her a passionate kiss with the Beautiful moon behind you two as your blushing canvas as you kiss this beautiful reason for living. ?????.Jack London Squgare is ??????Come see you will agree ?.

A nice location, nice staff etc. The problem is environmental waste. Look at the photo. One medium coffee, another cup for milk, and a paper bag for my 1 brown sugar. The cost of the cups, lids and bag far outweigh the cost of coffee. COVID IS OVER!
