They stop serving anything iced at 5:30pm even though they are open till 8pm. They could only offer hot-brewed coffee (no lattes, nothing iced, no teas) and pastries (nothing warmed). Why?? This is the second time I've come here and they've stopped serving a majority of the menu several hours before they close. I asked the barista why and she said they always start closing down this early.

I've been shopping here a couple of times, some of the staff are actually pretty nice. However, I'm consistently met with botched drinks and attitudes when ordering. Making mistakes every once in a while is understandable, but being consistently met with messed up drinks that I'm being charged for is unexceptable. I love this Starbucks at Target, but have nothing good to say about Starbucks management that delayed replacing the Ice Maker. I see th staff laboring to break up ice every day. STARBUCKS, have a heart, Get the replacement equipment installed, ASAP.

Worst place ever, if I had the option to put 0 star review, I would give it. The only reason I keep coming back is because it's the closest to my house but every single time I come it's always a bad experience and they get mad after I tell them they did my order wrong.

I order a CINNAMON DOLCE LATTE, and they gave me a cup half caramel syrup half coffee and milk The line was huge to get the worst coffee ever! I didn't returned because I was in a rush but I will definitely report this! We pay for them and we didn't receive our order right!

Lily the store manager stops making Frappuccino’s at 6pm keep in mind this store is inside a Target (Target closes @10pm), when I was asked what I’d like to order she was rude and when I asked her for Frapps she said we only have brewed coffee, two young employees male and female where kind enough to apologize to me for the way Lily approached me, they said “ I’m sorry ma’am we totally understand you but we can’t do anything about it she’s the manager.” Btw they were the ones who gave me her name. I will be contacting corporate!

Went in hoping to get a frape after shopping but was turned down because star claimed the blenders were being washed ? So I asked what time they close she says 8 pm, it was 6:52 pm, I said woah didn't realize it took an hour to clean? Then she kept insisting for me to pick something else and I ended up leaving
0 stars if i could. The worker with the boxy eyebrows and horrible cakey makeup was so rude to me and my boyfriend. reporting her to corporate as we speak! I don't usually leave reviews that’s how bad service is there

AVOID THIS PLACE. Arlie, Leana and the guy that worked there (wasn't wearing a name Tag and was super rude) definitely don't want to keep working for starbucks.If I was an aduitor for the company, the whole crew would be retrained or replaced.I normally don't leave reviews or in this case escalate to corporate, but they motivated me today.Anyone wanting to get their order made correctly and clean the first time you place the order, go to any other starbucks location.I will be reaching out to corporate regarding the level of service and level of rudeness is not what starbucks wants to be known for.

this starbucks has by far the worst staff i have ever experienced from any starbucks and i have been to many all over the country after shopping at target i went into the starbucks to get a latte so the girl in front of me steps up to the counter and is greeted by the starbucks girl with "hi your so pretty " and then they start talking about make up this went on for awhile then the other starbucks worker bee comes over which i think "thank gawd finally some service but NO she just joins in on the conversation so i waited for awhile to see if i could get some service but it did not happen so i just left wow i will never go here again these girls that work there should be fired on the spot before they end the company i would avoid this location if you actually want to buy something

There was 2 ladies who took my order and they were so sweet. They had a great attitude and were very welcoming. They even drew a heart next to my name. Awesome workers
