I’ve only been here for five minutes but the staff is so friendly. I’ve literally never met friendlier staff anywhere in my life. I see them greeting all the regulars by name, asking how they’re doing, referencing previous conversations. This level of service should be standard in the industry. It’s clear they care about their customers as people.

Mind Your own

They have the worst service at this location. No sense of urgency and they're everything so slow. Line full of people and they just dont care. I ordered ahead of time saw them make my drink and food and it set there for 5 mins before they called my name. This is not a one off.

LADREUS has terrible customer service. He overcharged me for a drink and then got very rude with me when I noticed the amount. I asked for a manager and he said that he is the manager. He needs to be trained on professionalism.

Arrived there at 8:34 PM in hopes to get a Starbucks coming 10 minutes away from that area and was informed that they were closed. But online it started they close at 9pm. The person had an attitude that was working there behind the counter. Really bad customer service to top it and the false advertisement on when they are really closed set me off about the experience hear.

A logical place for us to stop for coffee since we had just finished our grocery shopping at the same strip mall. This is a simple storefront operation, yet it has the same coffee quality that you know. Just fine.

OMG! I order my drink with water instead of lemonade, light ice, and extra fruit
The woman told me that there was an extra $1.00 for the fruit and extra $1 for the light ice yes! For less ice the charge $1 as ridiculous as it sounds!

When you find out the FedEx won’t open for 2 hours because of a Google Map error, you go to the nearest Starbucks to people watch. Here is what I saw in the 40 minutes waiting for my cold brew:

- 20 people of all shapes in a huddle formation around the pick up area
- Someone ordered a latte with 12 pumps of caramel
- At least 4 different women named ‘Lauren’ picking up a drink
- Someone dying their hair in the bathroom
- 1 fist fight between two hipsters over an outlet
- 2 separate Bible Studies, one of them had an acoustic guitar on hand

And

- An abandoned McDonalds paper bag effectively claiming a table for 4 for itself

Cold Brew was delicious. Can’t wait to be back.

Maria was simply trying to do her job under pressure because of the crowd. Whether she is a manager or not she has worked at Starbucks for at least 6 years and has never had any complaints
