I was at the store around 4:10 PM waiting for my drink while another customer, who ordered after me, asked if the barista could prioritize one of their drinks over others, and got what they wanted. Why bother keeping a line if you’re not going to fulfill the order accordingly?

The worst starbucks EVER! Everytime i order something mostly they out of that other than that customer service is horrible. Whoever works there seems all so unhappy . And orders always takes forever . I always order my drinks by mobile before i go there 20 min ago. But still my order wasnt ready . So messsy, poor customer service, slow, always out of drinks milks etc. If management team is reading my review please work on this issues !!!!

Customer service is terrible!I order a simple blonde roast coffee, and it takes over 10 minutes for them to make it. A customer walks in after me and he ordered an iced coffee and he gets his drink before I do. Granted, they did had a lot of mobile orders but still, I just wanted a simple coffee and the other guy still received his order before I did. Anyways, when I ask the lady behind the counter she gets upset and gives me attitude for asking where my coffee was! What kind of BS is that? Their so much more but bottom line is, terrible customer service and terrible attitude

I came here today for Mango Dragonfruit drink, & I gotta say the staff was doing an impressive job handling how much traffic there was (both a long line and also seemed to be a fair amount of courier orders.) There only seemed to be 3 people manning the place, although there were probably some I didn't see. It was very busy! But they were treating everyone very kindly and were friendly. While I waited for my drink I saw them take orders and serve a large family that didn't speak English fluently and was impressed by how they communicated with those folks. There was also a young man with a disability that seemingly affected his ability to speak clearly (it looked like he had ordered online for a pickup) and I liked how they didn't assume he was also intellectually challenged right off the bat when the spoke with him. They asked him what his name was and then when they struggled to understand they asked something like, "Hmm, the first letter of your name, is it S or C? (checked the cup labels) Pumpkin spice cold brew? AH ok found it! here ya go."Service industry can be TOUGH especially in a high-traffic franchise. This location seems to get slammed hard by people & families who are shopping in the Ross Dress For Less/Marshalls plaza, especially on weekends. The baristas and cashier kept their cool, kept up with the ticket typhoon, and still remained kind and friendly. They all deserve raises imo. Busy Starbucks is a sea of humanity! (oh and the Mango Dragonfruit drink was refreshing and delicious!)

I have gone to this Starbucks multiple times. It is fine as far as the Starbucks experience should be. However, on this last visit at 9:30 am, the crew played their own music at a very loud decibel. Loud guitar driven (punk) music. Waiting in line to make my order, the speaker is right over the deli case where I stood. It was extremely loud. I think it’s fine for them to play their personal music playlists while working, but not so loud as to disturb the customers. It’s arrogant for them not to think about those coming through the door. It’s bad for the brand and business.

I basically only come here in the fall for the Pumpkin Spice drinks, to enjoy the beginning of fall. When I went to pickup my online order, it was quite busy, and my drink was ready about 20 minutes after I ordered it. Seeing the long line made me very happy I ordered ahead. I would say the experience is what I expect out of a Starbucks.
