Went over 15 minutes before closing time and she had already locked up. I knocked on the door and she waved her hands at me saying closed I said back but it’s not closing time again she waved her hands at me said closed and walked away

Awful experience every time I visit this location — and this will be my last. The staff here consistently lack attentiveness and professionalism. They’re often unfriendly, argumentative, and don’t seem to listen to what customers are ordering, which forces you to repeat yourself multiple times. On top of that, Subway has raised prices again — now $9.69 for just a half sandwich. Between poor service and inflated prices, it’s simply not worth it anymore. I’m done taking the “Subway” — I’ll walk instead.

I haven’t gone here in years, used to be a go to, but I’m mostly writing in response to these ridiculous one star reviews that say more about the customers than the people.

The guy who refuses to pay at the end because the price is higher than he expected, and gets upset (prices are right there!). The jerk who comments that the women are “heavy set”. The person who is hacked and calls the sandwich cashier for help. Ridiculous!

It’s Subway. It is what it is.

I will only do reviews when they are either really good or really bad. I came in here after work with my sister after a long day we just wanted to split a footlong and grab a coffee. We made it a meal and when the cashier rang us up it was $26!?! Appalled by the price we ask for an explanation and the worker was just extremely rude like we were bothering her with our questions. Am I crazy for thinking $26 is OUTRAGEOUS for a sandwich meal from Subway? The cashier not wanting to respond or explain the price we said we were going to leave. This cashier starts yelling that we wasted her time and told us never to come back. Someone that was in there ended up paying for the sandwich I think because he was so scared. Poor guy. I am just mind blown by how this cashier thinks she can treat people this way. I just can’t even believe people are able to have jobs that act that way towards people. Don’t go here!!!

2.9 stars for a reason. STAY AWAY FROM HERE. Absolutely worst service....from the short heavyset younger lady with a base ball cap on with the blue name tag. She was very unpleasant and outright rude. Makes me NEVER want to go to another Subway again. DO BETTER SUBWAY.

super busy but the ladies working were super nice and although there was 5 of us waiting to order/ordering — i got my sandwich extremely quick :) sandwich was delicious and i got to enjoy at the park nearby!

NO REST ROOM FOR CUSTOMERS. It’s ridiculous. Rest room is compulsory in a restaurant. The owner was horrible and irritating. Not clean environment.
Though the employee was okay on her job. The subway should be closed until they will keep restroom.
The counter computer and register was not working.
I WONT go this store AGAIN. Couldn’t recommend.
