I hope they stay permanently closed. rude staff, not clean or well stocked, the worst subway I've ever been to and Subway is literally my number one go to fast food or sandwich place, so I've been to quite a few in multiple states.

If there is more than one person in line good luck getting out in less than 10 mins. If you want any drink besides Fanta on the fountain you're out of luck. No sandwich of the day special and general bad attitude from all the employees. Surprised they allow this one to continue holding the subway name.

I eat Subway often when a worksite is close and let me tell you, this Subway is in absolute shambles. The old lady who works in the morning with the dark hair never makes the sandwiches in the correct order. This results in a "sandwich" that I almost have to eat like a taco because she piles everything in the center fold. I understand that there are shortages happening from the pandemic here and there, but they've been out of many things for almost a month. She loosly wraps the sandwiches and they fall apart instantly. Even after I ask if she can double wrap them TIGHTLY. I'm also sure you are NOT supposed to microwave the meat then toss it in the oven to heat again? They do things so backwards at this place it's obvious its a franchise owner who doesn't give a s**t. Some trainning would do wonders for this location.

Hands down the WORST subway we have ever been to. What year was the bread made? You could literally make breadcrumbs with it, it was so stale. Cookies definitely not fresh, my daughter said it hurt to bite. Will NEVER return.

Ordered two sandwiches online. They were both on the wrong bread. The chicken bacon ranch had no bacon, cheese, or honey mustard. And the other sandwich didn't have the fresh mozzarella I paid extra for.

These people could care less about the quality of your food. Sloppy and lazy every time. Got home to find my food fell apart because she didn't fold the sandwich all the way. Wrapping paper ripped as well because the open sandwich made it very soggy.

The employee was on a personal call While taking our order, then told us that the sandwich I ordered wasn't eligible for the coupon we had. It was. I used that same coupon the next day at a different location for that same sandwich.I could understand if her location didn't accept the coupons, but to tell me an item was excluded when it wasn't???and being on a phone call from when we walked in, until after we left? Terrible service.

I work across the street and it was my first time coming here. I ordered online for pick up and they couldn't find my order (even showed them that it said ready for pick up at this exact location on my phone), so they charged me again when I got there. Terrible customer service.

Wow how this place as falling..... Fountain machine that never works. The place isn't disarray a lot. Had to ask for a bag today which is odd. I've been a customer here for a while and everything has ticked down. Hope they turn it around

Let me first start by saying that I should have read the reviews first I have gone to the subway multiple times throughout the year I will probably say this particular one maybe about five or six times this year I want to start off by saying I placed an online order and I did arrive early due to the fact that I did not add mayo to my sandwich and I was willing to pay for the mayo because that's what I wanted when she started to make the sandwich she literally dug her glove into the meat and threw it directly on the bread and was going to toast everything together I'll ask her to toast separately due to me wanting mayo on the sandwich and she stared at me like she was confused as to what she was supposed to do with meat I proceeded to tell her how I wanted my sandwich made and I let her know to add mayonnaise after she toasted the bread she looked at the receipt because like I said it was an online order and said there's no mayo on the receipt I said I can pay for the mayo but I don't want my meat cheese and bread toasted at the same time and I want mayo put on before the meat goes on she began to get agitated by my request and me not wanting A confrontation I let her proceed but I really did not want my sandwich thrown together the way she was throwing it together and I wanted the things that I wanted on my sandwich so I complain to her and let her know that she needs to separate it so that I can get the things that I want and she got upset because I wanted my sandwich made a certain way we ended up calling the owner who hung up and yelled at me because he did not want to hear my side of the story because obviously the customer is never right even when it comes to the way they want their sandwich prepared after all of her antics she still made the sandwich very sloppily with a attitude With that being said it's my fault for not reading the reviews about these peoples character attitude because obviously the owner does not care about how this supposed lady is acting towards her customers with a small request of having their food toasted separately so that mayo can be added on the sandwich but I would be upset too if I made minimum-wage and had to make people sandwiches all day but I will no longer go to this place because I choose to spend my money where People actually like the jobs that they chose to go to every day Oh a little note that owner and his attitude even worse than the people in the store so if you ever want to speak to the owner don't do it it's a waste of your time just like the store location that's probably why it's never busy
