VERY surprised based on the previous reviews. Must be new management. They were low on ingredients and I had the last salmon. But it was next level. Hats off to the chef. Very limited menu, but hey if it is good, worth it.

Menu online is not what they have at the restaurant. Limited selections.

Not as good as the pictures, and the menu had less than what is shown on the site.
Got in to town late, had an option to go to applebees ...wish I did ..no food ..and the 2 drinks were definitely watered down, to where I didn't even feel a buzz and for the cost I could have also gotten some food with the drinks at applebees for the same price. Not the bartenders fault whatsoever very kind and dealing with a different situation.
Great service at the bar and good sandwich.

My mother is turning 100 years old and we were treated so well. I really appreciate the way everyone treated her and acknowledged her. She is now one of the best of 209 Magazine for Aug/Sept as she had a article about getting on a kayak in SF bay McCovey Cove for a Giants game. We look forward to staying at the Garden Inn in Emeryville again.
Parking was spacious and well lit. Room was clean and presentable. The restaurant had a welcoming atmosphere, and the food and beverages were on par with the tastebuds. Both the fitness center and spa area were clean and tidy. I used both during my stay. I would recommend more washers and dryers on site; the one washer and dryer were always in use. I would recommend this location to anyone.
All around good place to stay. Hotel is well maintained, many onsite amenities including restaurant/bar. Public free transportation via Emerygo system is within very short walking distance; through the parking lot and you're there. Staff was both welcoming and accommodating. I was checked in by Nikki and she has exceptional customer service skills. Beautiful views of the bay, walking trail and boat marina also within walking distance.
Service is great, main entrees are decent but the fries are chef’s kiss.

We booked based on location to where we were going. I think the room was clean and comfortable. It is off a major highway, we tried muffing the sound with the room fan but did not make for a good night sleep. My major issue with the hotel was the $25 parking fee. A total required upsell fee and too steep as the parking is not covered, lit or valet. Just an added fee as they know most customers will need parking.

My wife and I with our children were looking to celebrate our 18th anniversary in San Francisco and visit our cousins that lived on the east side of the bay. They took care of us. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We never heard a no from them. They told me that the manager took care of this or that. All I could do was smile and told my kids that’s why I’m a Hilton Honors member. The room they put us in was over the top and perfect. The city bay view on the 12th was fantastic. If we had more time we would’ve stayed longer. Thank you for the wonderful experience.
The service Woser and Nicole - everyone every time goes above and beyond . I feel like I’m at a 5 star by the service alone was superb the retardant the hospitality service - every employee continuously provides superb service to not just me but to every customer
I always have such an amazing experience when I stay here. Rooms are beautiful and very clean. Staff are extremely helpful they are always willing and ready to answer your questions. I plan on staying again on my next visit.
If you have to go to the Oakland area and want to feel a bit more safe/comfortable then this is the hotel for you...and me. The entire San Francisco Bay area is in a mess with crime. Be safe, be careful
The room was comfortable, if a bit small for a family of four (adults and teens). Service was positive. Good place as a gateway to SF and East Bay. Nice brunch bar, just a bit pricey. beds & pillows comfy.
