I went to the Pittsburgh, CA location. I ordered smothered turkey wings, yams, mac and cheese, and greens. The turkey wings had a great texture but needed more flavor, as well as the yams and greens. The mac and cheese wasn’t too bad — I’d rate it 6.5 out of 10. Overall, the food was decent.

I love touch of soul but not gon lie the employees they be having just be rude and run customers away I had the young girl throw my receipt like she should be lucky I’m with god now because my girl was in the car and she don’t play that at all so these employees be mad at us because we not tipping for take out food like who finna tip for take out anyways like girl so mad lol mad at what that’s why now reviews is so bad because of the staff and we been goin there longer than they work at touch of soul lol facts

I ordered short ribs…. Thinking beef short ribs… and was given Pork ribs! The Mac & Cheese was hard and flavorless! The Dressing was baked cornbread with packaged gravy! I must say the cabbage was very flavorful and good! It was a delivery order so I tried to call and no one took my call! Customer service is horrible!

I had read the reviews before going into this location. I was not sure about giving it a try, but because I had went to the ATOS in Emeryville and it was amazing. I gave this location a try. The food was amazing. I got the Catfush and Prawns with Stuffing and Potato Salad as the sides. Everything was seasoned well and hot. The only thing I would suggest is a little less gravy on the stuffing. I will be going back!!

This is for the Pittsburg location. This food is not good, let me start by saying I ordered my food to go and waited 30 minutes which is fine. But I got home 20 minutes away im brentwood to find that my order was wrong, I called the restaurant and they apologized but that just doesn't sit well with me. There was not one condiment I'm the bag so I ask, do ya'll not give hot sauce or anything with the catfish they said oh, that's upon request. Smh. This dressing

Sitting here foodnqas ordered there is a wait hardly any staff. There is food on the floor and the 2 staff at counter have attitudes when asked a question about orders from observation not enough staff looks like one of the cooks also does trash with no gloves on ri take the trash out.

I’d give zero stars if I could just waited in line for thirty minutes while the front waiter gave everyone their food even a dasher that came in after me and did not take my order I said nothing just stood in line once I saw her hand the fifth person their food I left I came in at 7:30 on 8/2/25 just left and writing this review at 8:08pm get better staff I won’t be back
