After living in Mexico for 17 years and now living back here in the valley, we have searched for tacos that have that authentic taste we were looking for. Casa Cuevas is the best we have found!! Their tacos are fresh...handmade tortillas....excellent salsas. I wish I could eat there every day.🤗

Their pork/ pastor tastes like shredded chillorio from prison it used to never be like this used to be really good but the last few times it’s been tasting exactly like the pouched meat I would buy in their, and don’t click on their website link my iPhone said it’s now hacked because of it do at your own risk I guess.

This place is a scam, couldn’t follow directions on a simple burrito. If you order from DoorDash, they will give you the bare minimum. The burrito is gross. Worst burrito truck I tried just moved out here. Complete disappointment on service lady immediately blamed DoorDash for them making a terrible burrito. Please do not eat here.

Man, I am so sad I have been driving past this taco truck for years and never stopped. Well, that all stopped today. I will now be a frequent flyer at this taco truck because of how delicious the food is how kind the people are who serve it and how clean they keep their trucks and area. There’s a really nice outside seating area that’s covered that you can sit there and talk to the locals and enjoy your food. I’m gonna warn you now…..The flan is absolutely delicious. I will be stopping in for a piece a few times a week. Out of everything that I tried today, I would say that their fish taco was the best but all over their food was very delicious The bread that they use on the torta was soft, but yet crisp and warm and delicious Very easy to find lots of free parking in the back they also have an agua frescas and coffee truck next to them.
