If you look up this place on Google maps the photos are of the old location which is gone.. new location is more like a bakery setting not much room to sit and no service. Pies are ok, to be fair the selection was lite and it was before the holiday. Seems to be a local favorite but I didn’t find it to be exceptional, just ok.

My office ordered a cherry pie ( our bosses favorite kind) and a dozen mini cupcakes for our bosses birthday. We placed to order online 5 days prior, paid for delivery asked for 9:30 am ( they gave a window from 9am-noon) and paid in full. Three minutes after the online order was placed I called to remove the cupcakes from the order and confirm the cherry pie.The girl who answered confirmed they would cancel the cupcakes and refund my credit card. Fast forward to the day of the party.... pie never arrived now it's noon. Our party was supposed to start at 1pm. We called the shop and they lied to us and said they tried to deliver and rang our door bell but no one answered. We are a dental office and the front door is literally wide open. Then they said they accidentally got the order mixed up with another one and took ours to the wrong address! The lady at Betty's said it would be right over since they were 3 miles away. 35 minutes later and still no pie! We call again and they said they would drive it right over. Now it's past 1:30pm and everyone has to start working again... no pie.. no bday party. Major disappointment!!!Betty's employee finally show up with the cupcakes that they never removed or refunded from my order, not to give it to us as a nice gesture and apologize but because they are so disorganized and still thought it was part of the order. So instead of them leaving the cupcakes for us... they take them back! Eventually towards the end of the day some of the office tried the cherry pie and it was a disappointment. One of our team members said it tasted like canned cherries. We think they gave our order to the wrong person, staled and had to hastily remake our pie and used canned cherries. This was a COMPLETE DISASTER. Worst birthday party celebration thanks to Betty's Whole Pie.I called to talk to the Manager Anita twice and so did our front office manager. Our concerns were met with utter rudeness and poor customer service. Anita refused to refund the pie or any of the service fees. I had to get my bank involved for her to credit me back the cupcakes which we never even got. Worst place ever. I would NEVER recommend or go back.

Have a sweet or savory tooth, this place has it for you. They have savory pies that you can bake at home. They have sweet pies and baked goods to choose from. Decor was "Elizabethan" themed. The fruit pies are the best! Quite expensive but amazing. I had the quiche tonight and was very disappointed. It was dry, had very little filling, and was very expensive. I will stick to their fruit pies in the future.

Was hoping to find this place full of life, instead this place looks like it went out of business. They no longer serve breakfast, and only select pastries, kinda disappointing. Apparently, they had some repair work that needed replacing so that was the explanation. End up buying just a cookie, had to find another place for breakfast.

OMGoodness! The pies I got here where the best I have honestly ever had. Perfect amount of fruit an amazingly thick and crispy crust. I am definitely going here again. Everyone must try it at least once! And I don't want to forget the girls that were working there were super kind, great customer service!

I had such high expectations for Betty's after reading all of the amazing reviews, but unfortunately, I found their pies to be lackluster. I would give it an overall 2.5/5.We got the chicken pot pie and the pot roast pie. I thought that they both tasted like pies I would buy frozen at the grocery store. They weren't bad, per say, but not great either. 2/5We also got the apple crumble pie, which was good but too sweet. It wasn't anything particularly out of the ordinary, though. 3/5

The pies here are amazing and the staff was super helpful since it was my first visit. So many choices that it so hard to decide so get lots of different ones like I did lol. My favorite was the thanksgiving in a pie which was yummy

I did not buy anything. Very hard to find in corner of plaza. Very limited selection and not displayed well. It was unappetizing so we left with nothing.

Good pies. Pretty expensive though but otherwise the pecan pie is good and the chicken pot pie. Just note: the location is NOT at the nursery anymore. Just like another reviewer said, I was expecting to go to the nursery where the saloon was and ended up elsewhere wondering what happened with my gps directions. So if you’re going based off the photos, just know it’s not the same location.
